I’m so glad I committed to this longer class! It felt a little slower than the other flow class, which I didn’t mind at all. I enjoyed learning some new moves like the rowing series. My hamstrings feel so much looser because of all of the leg stretches. My whole body feels amazing!! Great start to my day. Thanks Beth!

I read your email and decided to try this workout after a hard training. I had sometimes fun, sometimes difficulty to look at the screen and follow the pace, overall I felt good and in the end I felt completely relaxed like I had already recovered from my swimming session. Magic !
So glad you gave this class a go! When you come back to it, it will be easier with the pace because your body will anticipate the transitions. That's the beauty of repeating classes
What a great class, Beth! Was a bit challenging in a few exercises but I did the best of my ability and my whole body feels so much better and says thank you! 😊
