    I'm 42 overweight by 3 stone and suffering for it, this was a fantastic workout, I've been trying to loose weight and get strong bt with the extra weight I've found it difficult as every time I try I get setback from injuries.I couldn't lift all the way up from the floor to sitting and reaching over bt I lifted as much as I could.Thankyou so much for this, I'm feeling hopeful again 😊

    Wow indeed! Had a cold so feeling a bit weaker so thought this 20 mins would be OK. Sweating now 😂. I'll try the gentle seniors routine tomorrow! Thanks for great variety again, Rachel.

    I'd love to be able to say I completed all of this but I didn't. I'm 67 and I have an ileostomy so core strength is a challenge for me but I'm going to do this workout at least once a week for a while in an effort to improve. I've recently realised my upper body strength is far greater than my lower body so I'm working on that. Thank you Rachel

    I just got a mat, and this is the first workout I have done with it. It was challenging for me (I’m 64), but I hope that after doing it a few more times I will get better. Thank you so much for theses videos, Rachel. They are so life enhancing.

    Oooooh i love your 40+ Videos Rachel! 🙃I have just turned 41 in April and my body has changed so much it's crazy. So these videos come to the rescue 😄 I love your other 40+ video where you explain why you chose the exercises. I'm sure this video will be awesome too.     I was too slow with my comment, but liked the work out, helped my back after a lot of garden work this week. At first I thought I was on the wrong site haha, the intro was 'cool', very sixties, but very good. Not sure about the under titles though, but guess it helps some people

    The roll up went better with a resistant band. I only lifted a small part of my legs and pressing the toes in the band firmly like yesterday in the life😅. Thx❤🎉😊

    My first video with you and really enjoyed the move. I was able to complete the workout at my home and felt new muscles engaging from my regular pilates routine. Will be trying other routines with you.

    This is right up my street, I've lapsed for a couple of weeks and this was a nice introduction to ease me back in, but just great, nice length, amazing sequence, felt really stretched afterwards, more like this please.

    Just found you today. This was tough for me. The roll ups didn't happen at all! I need something with alternatives to help progress to the harder moves, or beginner videos. Will have a look around on your channel. Thanks for the workout 😊

    Great progression. Must continue to work on neck - the roll-ups are neck killers! Will try session again with hands behind to support head. (my head is heavy!)

    I’m enjoying doing your videos but, as a person who has spondylolisthesis (grade 1) and am 72 years of age, I worry that some of them may be harmful to my back. It would be helpful if you gave contraindications at the beginning of the exercises so I can give a miss to those that may cause me hairs. Many thanks

    Is this okay if one has had a hysterectomy? (had the one with the vertical cut) but 6 years ago… I’m scared to do certain exercises because I don’t want to have prolapse

      Hello 🤗 It should be find as it has been 6 years. I would recommend you also do at least 6 weeks of my Pelvic Floor Health Videos as they will be extremely therapeutic in rebuilding strength in your pelvic floor and deep core muscles, they reawkwn that part of yoru body and will give you confidence in your movement. I will ut them here for you, choose one and repeat it 3 times a week or alternate them doing 1 of each every week for 6 weeks. ❤️
