What should I do if the car is not responding to this . I replaced the throttle body. Cleaned the Mass air flow sensor. Replaced head gaskets compressor and spark plugs and its still doing this.
Are you supposed to do this, instead of replacing the maf sensor or do this one once the sensor has been replaced? Got a z recently and has this code and not sure if it's worth changing the sensor or doing this procedure?

Did you figure it out. My 03 350z drops alittle when I let off the gas. Started earlier today but seamed to drive fine. On my way back home I was going steady between 38-42mph and again when I let off the gas it would go down alittle and the light would turn off but back on.
My 04 pulled a P0507, throttle body clean, Mass sensor new, did the relearn, it was successfully done but my idle is still the same. Took it to Advanced and they said throttle body computer (it could be faulty but its new) OR VACUUM LEAK. Prob a vacuum leak. I want to enjoy the day and have a beer so I quit for today lol, but I plan on taking some break cleaner and hitting the main connector areas to see if I hear a change in throttle. If I do, there's most likely a pin hole or something going on and will replace it. It's a process of elimination!
Estebanb450 Yeah It came on blinked went off and I started it and it came back on. When I started the procedure there was no light because I cleared the code the day before.
Watching this 5 years later, do you know how to fix the surge problem in the 07 models? Car will idle at about 1500rpms for about 10/15 mins then start to surge from 1500-1800 in neutral for as long as the car is running
I know this is late but sounds like a throttle body issue i had the same thing and i replaced the throttle bodys went to go get them reprogrammed and they also found High resistance in the wiring. Also check your PCV and any Vacuum leaks
2006 350zI have some issues with the rpms as well , but my rpm are high around 1200 rpm and is constant the don't move from there , gets annoying because is very loud inside the car. also some times when I rapidly accelerate the car to high speed the car in 5 gear lose power or don't accelerate , so I have to go 1 shift down and goes back to normal , but I keep doing it, so I have to wait until the engine cools off and everything goes to normal. I did change the crankshaft sensor the one under the car driver side , but din not fix the issue, do you have any idea ?? Regards.
Rafael Gonzalez Have you tried the relearn sometimes you have to try it a few times to because it has to be timed correctly other possible issue is that the wires to the crank sensor are exposed , vacuum leak somewhere around the engine when the engine gets hot it’s causing a sensor to malfunction no check engine light?

Javier Vega The video is step by step it’s just the timing of you don’t get it right you have to start all over even know I still have to try it a few times before I get it and I have done the relean quite a few times
@@Estebanb450 on an HR it's possibly the ECU. Not good at all. Nissan dropped the ball on a number of problems on these cars. Not massively impressed. Give me 90s Japanese any day over modern shit
@@Estebanb450 good old Japanese, it fixed itself today on the 5th time I done it. No different to the other times, I reckon the ECU memory has repaired itself fingers crossed.

The shop told me I have a P0507 on my 07' 350z Base and to just change the PCV Valve because it was faulty thoughts?
Bro i did evrything the same way 7sec start flashinh after flashing turn the car on but the servise engine light still on
My car is a 2005... I needed to hold the light for 15 seconds on the gas pedal hold to get it to start flashing.

This is literally just an ECU reset theres also one specifically for the throttle body

Worked for me on my 2004 g35. idles in drive around 5500/6500 rpm. Only time I get a little freaked is when my idle in park gets to about 2000 rpm

Could be the timing of the process it took me a few tries to get it down. You could be going to slow or so fast.

If the light continuously flashes it’s probably a different code chance it’s a p0300. If you mean it doesn’t stop flashing during the procedure ?
Yes , it doesn’t stop flashing during the procedure. Any idea why ? Ithe light left on its own but still tryna figure out why it did that

fixes it until you restart the car and then it forgets the idle learn and back to stupid high idle.
