These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

j ai 51 ans et j ai eu une menopose précoce (44 ans) et depuis mes 50 ans, je ne suis plus en forme et je cumule les petits soucis ( douleur sacro illiaque)
J ai toujours été sportive sauf depuis 3 ans, j ai un peu grossis et l aspect de ma peau n est pas belle et relâchée.
Je souhaiterais me remettre au sport progressivement et j ai une question :
