I guess it works differently for different people. I've been at it for 4 days in a row and my arms are bulky, my upper back rounded. I'm a tiny person and now I look ridiculous. I feel confused when I see people saying it's working for them. Either I'm doing something wrong or this routine isn't for me.😪

Its been 2 weeks and whilst its been tough going, I saw the difference in about 10 days. My arms are starting to tone up but the biggest change is I've lost an inch off each arm. Now, for me that is a result, so I'm gonna continue albeit through gritted teeth 😬. I've been using 1 - 5kg dumb bells on some of the moves. All the best y'all
Starting my 4th week, after week the 3rd week, i noticed a great difference in my arms. I'm 72 and have done this work out everyday.....and I intend to continue. I can now wear sleeveless tops with out shame. Thank you so much for this excellent arm work out.

Day 1- Tuff, it was more challenging then what I thought. Kept stopping. Day 2- Tried my best to complete each session, still stopped Day 3- Very determined and tried my best to finish all of them. I did good for the most part.. but boi were my arms sore until the next day. Day 4- Sore arms and still was determined. My cousin said she saw a difference in my arm already. Day 5- Did pretty good.. arms were sore but still going at it.... Tomorrow will be day 6 for me. Really excited about how the results will look especially feeling and seeing a difference now. Great arm workout for women😁
Started this last Tuesday 26th July and doing it every other day, feels like a good workout, tried a few others nowhere near as good as this one, been looking for weeks to find a good one, you know you've done this one, I use a 2lb weight too, fingers crossed it works, after a week I will step it up to every day. Thank you, will let you know in a month or so time, love it.
After day 1 my arms were killing me. I’m now on day 8 and I do feel and see a difference. I use a 3 lb weight for some exercises. Also increased my protein intake.

It’s been 6 weeks since I joined the gym and I am pretty happy with arms now! I can’t wait to see what they will look like a year from now. Even my husband noticed the difference. Be sure to eat Protein! We need protein to build muscle. I am eating about 40-50 grams a day!
I am over 70 and have rheumatoid arthritis so I am doing these exercises a few at a time throughout the day, sometimes whilst getting dressed or washing up at the sink etc and I can still feel the muscles working
I'm 47 and have had RA for a while. I was hoping to find someone in the comments who has it too and has tried this! I need to start working my arms back out but my shoulders and elbows can get quite bad so I'm encouraged that this is working for you.

I came across this exercise last year & have continued to date. Loving it which I do in the mornings & I also include be mobile Physio for those that are 55+ to get me through the day. 3 times a week & feel good about myself for someone who hasn’t done exercises in a long time, apart from walking 😊

Holy crap! Tried this the first time this morning......I'm 67 and haven't been to the gym for 3 years. I really felt it as well but it's given me a challenge so I'm going to do this everyday until I can complete it fully. I really enjoyed it.
I did them all sitting down. I really felt the muscles between my shoulder blades working and I work our 3 days a week. The pushoffs off the wall can be done by leaning forward, holding back straight then push off from your knees.. this helps with posture. Love it.
I wondered if I could do most sitting, I've got spinal fusion from the waist down and the medius/minimus muscles on the hips are completely torn and dead so standing for that time causes a great deal of pain. I will definitely give them a try, I know the muscles will burn. I think I'll do every second day for at least the first week then go daily, well that's my plan. I love this workout! I have migraines because of the stress in my back and shoulders and these exercises help my muscles relax and be used in a different way than bunch all the time and I have less migraines and sleep a little better! Thank you for sharing!❤️❤️

I started last week and honestly haven't done it every day, but at least every other day. I definitely feel the positive effects and I'm closer to 70 than 60. I will continue this workout!!!!!
8 days in and my arms actually grew 1 inch bigger BUT its muscle building! My flab is definitely smaller but of course the promises of this video are unrealistic. I look forward to results after continuing this routine, which I really like
That's incredible! Having been around MAJOR roid users for decades... adding an extra inch of muscle to biceps in 8 days is an absolute MIRACLE!! I'll have to let my gym-rat buddies know they can forgo the roids and just do this workout instead!
Just found this chanel and did this workout for the first time. Great workout especially for someone like me in a wheelchair. Had to modify a couple slightly but did manage to do all of them. One suggestion would be to explain the exercises beforehand especially for those who are visually impaired.

I havent measured my arms circumference, but after doing this regularly for a month, there is a noticeable decrease in both arm fat and back bulge... both used to hang ugly, now they have tightened and should go away with continued practice...Also increases strength.....
June 20, 2024. Began this program today. Will see you in 8 days when I report my progress. First session was simple but challenging. I have heavy arms as all the women in my family do even when I am at my slimmest. I am hopeful this will help.

I have to say that this was soooo difficult. First time today. The reason it surprised me that this was difficult is b/c I have been through the most popular exercises on this platform, sometimes doing 45 minutes a day in a row and still this was difficult. Same! I looked at the first one and thought, oh I can do that. Halfway through my arms were burning and I had to take an additional rest break. I plan to continue doing these adding them to my workout routine. I know without a doubt I’ll see results! 💪

Stumbled across this arm workout and because I do have flabby arms I decided to try it…Oh boy can u feel the burn! It was stop and go for me but I plan to keep it up and hope to see some results or at least the satisfaction of knowing I was able to complete the video without stopping. Will incorporate 2lb weights soon.
When I initially began, some exercises tired my arms out because they worked the same muscle groups consecutively. I would intersperse ab & leg toning exercises in between the arm exercises. This keeps the kcals burning, works out other body parts while giving your arm muscles a break. I still could see a difference within a week
I'm going to start my JOURNEY Today.... For years I've battled with overweight/back and forth weight loss and gain and the fact that my skin looks like my Grandma's(LOL). I know it works because "I FEEL THE BURN" but i know everyone's body is different, reacting differently to certain workouts. So Whenever I see the most PROGRESS, I'll continue and if need be, I'll put my own ideas in my workout to Definitely WORKOUT for ME!!!!
Nice I completed it. You definitely feel the burn but it’s healthy.Will do it for 8 days. If I see results after 8 days then I’ll add it to my exercise routine daily.
Great workout! And smart too. The hardest routines are at the beginning so that by the end it's easier to complete. I've been doing weights every day for about a month so I was a little better prepared stanima wise. I'll check back in eight days with a progress report.
I have been doing this almost daily for 5 weeks and although I still can't get through the first four exercises fully, I have started to add weights to the rest of the workout. It is challenging but I am definitely seeing a difference in my definition and strength
The workout is really good. We are small group and we started practically the same exercises 7 months ago. Only know we can see the results although we worked very hard at least 4 days a week.
@@ladyluck7481 It's about 8 months since we started the workout. 1 month ago we started using small Dumbbells too and now the flabby arms are gone. It took much longer than we expected but it's worth it. None of us had skinny arms.
my progress ! 6/23 - day 1 - these excercises were so tough omg ! but def a nice burn. i did this with two 5-pound weights 6/26 - day 2 - i did these without the weights and it was a bit easier but still a bit tough! 6/26 - day 3 - much easier and already seeing the slightest of results !

This is my first day of this. Glad I came across this exercise. Will do it for 8 days and update. I only have 3 lbs weights so that is what I used.
I have to say that this was soooo difficult. First time today. The reason it surprised me that this was difficult is b/c I have been through the most popular exercises on this platform, sometimes doing 45 minutes a day in a row and still this was difficult. Hopefully will achieve the desired effect that all the other videos combined couldn't. Will update. Thank you for this!!! 😘😘

Ok I am on day 3 and my arms are sore but it’s a good feeling knowing it’s working. I still stop at the first couple at 20 something but getting there, love this video 🥰

Fab workout and very effective. I tried for the first time today and by exercise 3, my arms were on on FIRE 🔥🔥🔥🔥but I persevered until the very end. Its been 10 minutes and I can still feel the burn. Roll on day 8. Thank you Workout 4D 🙏👌❣

Oh my god!!! This is my first time trying these and I couldn’t do all 30 reps for most of these. I was skeptical but wow, they are tough to do. I am going to do these everyday and I am very hopeful that I will see a difference soon. Thank you for sharing these!!!! 💖💪🏼
Same! I looked at the first one and thought, oh I can do that. Halfway through my arms were burning and I had to take an additional rest break.
I plan to continue doing these adding them to my workout routine. I know without a doubt I’ll see results! 💪
@@mrswiggles4790 that’s how I felt. Soon after I realized they were very hard. For those that are hard I’m only doing 20 and will increase amount in a weekly basis cause I’m still having a very hard time doing some of them.

Stumbled across this arm workout and because I do have flabby arms I decided to try it…Oh boy can u feel the burn! It was stop and go for me but I plan to keep it up and hope to see some results or at least the satisfaction of knowing I was able to complete the video without stopping. Will incorporate 2lb weights soon.

When I initially began, some exercises tired my arms out because they worked the same muscle groups consecutively. I would intersperse ab & leg toning exercises in between the arm exercises. This keeps the kcals burning, works out other body parts while giving your arm muscles a break. I still could see a difference within a week

I'm going to start my JOURNEY Today.... For years I've battled with overweight/back and forth weight loss and gain and the fact that my skin looks like my Grandma's(LOL). I know it works because "I FEEL THE BURN" but i know everyone's body is different, reacting differently to certain workouts. So Whenever I see the most PROGRESS, I'll continue and if need be, I'll put my own ideas in my workout to Definitely WORKOUT for ME!!!!

That wasn't so bad. You can feel the burn, but even being over weight I can stillcomplete the entire workout, thank you!

Great workout! And smart too. The hardest routines are at the beginning so that by the end it's easier to complete. I've been doing weights every day for about a month so I was a little better prepared stanima wise. I'll check back in eight days with a progress report.

This has quickly become my 'enjoyable' 3pm daily challenge.
I have been doing this almost daily for 5 weeks and although I still can't get through the first four exercises fully, I have started to add weights to the rest of the workout. It is challenging but I am definitely seeing a difference in my definition and strength

The workout is really good. We are small group and we started practically the same exercises 7 months ago. Only know we can see the results although we worked very hard at least 4 days a week.

@@ladyluck7481 It's about 8 months since we started the workout. 1 month ago we started using small Dumbbells too and now the flabby arms are gone. It took much longer than we expected but it's worth it. None of us had skinny arms.

6/23 - day 1 - these excercises were so tough omg ! but def a nice burn. i did this with two 5-pound weights
6/26 - day 2 - i did these without the weights and it was a bit easier but still a bit tough!
6/26 - day 3 - much easier and already seeing the slightest of results !
