I tried this exercise for almost 1 week and i already see my bone on my shoulder so i stopped because i've been busy. Will try to do this for a month to achieve my desire arm. This is the only exercise on arm that literally showed a result. Everyone should try this exercise

Day 1:I started doing this task first day i was not able to do but I didn't give up
Day 2: this is my second day i was not able so I thought of skipping but I thought of people who did bodyshaming i started doing the exercise
Day 3: today I was able to see some differences in my harm area I was so happy so I didn't give up i will continue to do for 3 more day
Day 4: i was able to do exercise easily only 2nd and last one was paining
Day 5:work out completed

Day 1 - my arms are burning
Day 2 - 2 sets (morning and night) still hurts but I can feel my arms getting stronger
Day 3 - 2 sets (morning and night)
hurts a bit less now and I can see the bones on my shoulder showing slowly
Day 4 - ❌
Day 5 - 2 sets
Day 6 - 2 sets
Day 7 - 1 set ( already lost 2 cm on my shoulder) I was previously 30 cm. Now I'm down to 28 cm

Day 9 - ❌
Day 10 - 3 sets in the morning after a 45-minute walk
Day 11 - 3 sets
Day 12 - another 3 sets. Biceps down to 27
What time is the best to do, day time or night, if day time i doubt if im going to do house chores after the exercise 😁

PLEASE BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THIS SET OF EXERCISE WORKS....IT REALLY WORKS...TODAY'S STILL THE 3RD DAY SINCE I USE THIS EXERCISE..3 SETS EVERYDAY..WOAHHHHH AMAZING RESULTS...THE PROGRESS IS STILL SMALL BUT YOU CAN REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE..ENOUGH FOR YOU TO ROCK IT ON
My arm already hurts after doing 2 mins of this wok out. But! I won’t give up. I’ll do this work out again later, tomorrow, and everyday until I see results.

I'm gonna comment here everyday to make myself continue this exercise.
Day 1- pain.
Day 2 - more pain.
Day 3- this workout got more fun.
Day 4- today was relatively easier. Only one planks. I'm enjoying this so far.
Day 5-muscle tenderness present. Collar bones are more prominent. But arms are of same circumference.
Day 06- was easier than i thought. My collar bones are definitely prominent

day 1 of 6: ✅ I found it relatively doable, some of them had me really powering through and pushing myself but it’s a good burn, I kinda wanna do it again lol and I’ve done two sets of them. Loving the burn in my arms and looking forward to day 2

i’ve tried many arm workouts but this one, just too good. none of the workouts i tried before this one worked for me.. but with the help of this series, i was able to loose almost two inches from my arms and my collarbones are much more defined. definitely would recommend.

I missed a day due to being unwell, but I've already noticed a positive change in my inner arms. My arms feel more toned and stronger after just four days!! I believe the difference will be even more significant after 20-30 days.

I did these exercise as directed for 6 days. I am really happy to see the difference in my arms, my arms didn't get slim a lot, but are quite toned. I will continue to see significant changes. Thank you 4D workouts.

how's the results
Today, the 10th dec, 2023.. i started with this exercise... honestly within a minute I felt the burn... But I'm still going to do it coz pain is gain💪🏻 and be updating every day so to track my progress and motivate to do more.
Day 1: pain, pain and pain
Day 2, Day 3, Day 4: again pain but at the same time feeling good (currently the bicep is 12 inches/ 30 cm)

I found this video to be helpful as I fractured my proximal humorous bone and needed to strengthen my shoulder and arm.

Day 1:every exercise hurt so bad the next day I was so soar but I pushed through
2 I see a very very very small difference but this day was so much easier the hardest part was the last exercise it hurt but I pushed through

It works guys I've tried this for 2-3 weeks now and my arms are getting a little bit slimmer(not a huge difference tho) but just after a week, my collarbone became way more visible then what it used to be

I started this yesterday. twice in a day, and also twice in a day today . Equals to four times already, so much pain but i can see the changes of my arms already. My shoulders has already started to show up the bones. 😘

My whole body is fine but only my arms is big .looking at my arms people think that i am so fat.clothes get tight only on arms. Even when i sleep my underarms sweats.
