    Looks simple but very effective. I used 1.5kg dumbells and my arms are burning. I will do this everyday for one week adding to my other arm workouts. Thank you I love your workouts including the facial exercises for chin lifts etc. Very helpful.

    Just finished this workout today, made it a little more intense by using 5 lb dumbells and squatting thru some of the arm sessions. I feel the burn & sweat 😰🔥 💪🏽

    Man! It took me more than a month of working on this video to get through the whole thing (with 2lb weights on 60% of the exercises) without a break. It's STILL hard to do! But I'm doing it!

    Day 1: This upper body workout is tense. it explains why the channel choose to use an image instead of an actual person.
    Went strong in the first round but the second around i struggled alot and couldn't give 30 in some of it. But i made it to the end.
    Ill go again tomorrow.

    Wow, the exercise is wow .Lasted 9 min in my first day will come again and try tomorrow , my whole upper body is burning 🔥 the exercise is good but I am not that strong 💪 😅

    Anche io ho scoperto da poco questo canale, mi piacciono tutti gli esercizi, anche perché non sono faticosi da esegiure poi perché mostra in rosso le zone dei muscoli coinvolti. Molto bene e vi dirò quali risultati otterrò secondo il mio impegno. Ci sono anche post per la postura e per la curva del bidonte sulla parte bassa del collo?Grazie
