hate to break it to ya but spot reduction is impossible and only counts for a tiny smidge of fat loss in the targeted area. the thing you should do most is eat healthy and reduce calorie intake
My journey in this : Day 1 : felt that my face is tighter (keep going!!) Day 2 : I was exercising too throughout the day so I can say I feel like the jaw started the process Day 3 : taking its time but I can see some results! Day 4 : my face feels slimmer than how it was Day 5 : I can see real results now! And my jaw is defined more than it used before (I also do mewing exercises so that helped too) Day 6 : I am using gum a lot but I can actually see results now!! -Maybe you need to hear this : your posture Realllyyyy does make difference so try to maintain a straight posture, it’s difficult at first to maintain because I personally keep forgetting but ur gonna get through it! And what you eat,and the amount of water your drink every day , that makes lots of difference! If you haven’t started it’s your sign to start and if you started before it’s your sign to keep going!! I did this workout for just 5 days before going on a vacation and I could see a really positive difference in all my vacation pictures. My jawline became extremely prominent and double chin nearly reduced.

Guys, I've been doing this for the last few weeks and let me tell you: it works! After a week or so, my jawline was more defined and my face started to get a bit slimmer.
And I only do it once a day. So it was a long progress but the results were visible. I def recommend it!

Hi! I’ve been doing this consistently along with 2 other videos for 4 days and I can already see differences! My jawline is more visible now and my cheeks feel slightly less chubby. This is a great video/workout for people who want a more defined face, and I think this works awesome! I was super insecure about my face fat, but this is great so far!

hate to break it to ya but spot reduction is impossible and only counts for a tiny smidge of fat loss in the targeted area. the thing you should do most is eat healthy and reduce calorie intake
My journey in this :
Day 1 : felt that my face is tighter (keep going!!)
Day 2 : I was exercising too throughout the day so I can say I feel like the jaw started the process
Day 3 : taking its time but I can see some results!
Day 4 : my face feels slimmer than how it was
Day 5 : I can see real results now! And my jaw is defined more than it used before (I also do mewing exercises so that helped too)
Day 6 : I am using gum a lot but I can actually see results now!!
-Maybe you need to hear this : your posture Realllyyyy does make difference so try to maintain a straight posture, it’s difficult at first to maintain because I personally keep forgetting but ur gonna get through it! And what you eat,and the amount of water your drink every day , that makes lots of difference!

Hello! This workout to lose double chin has been amazing and I’ve seen my jawline forming itself. I do it twice a day, 1 after breakfast and the other one at night before going to sleep. My jawline is more visible and I’m still loosing my double chin and face fat. I’ll do it for 5 more months and I’ll keep you guys updated!
