I know what you mean. I actually like electronic music but the songs they use in fitness videos is always bad. I think it's because it is royalty-free. The best music is always copyrighted. 😫

I’m not in my 60’s it 70’s yet and I love all kinds of exercise…but…it’s hard to fit it when I leave at 6:30 am, commute for an hour, sit (or sometimes stand ) all day at a desk, drive home for an hour or more , then get home just in time to make dinner. I’m not old, but I lack time, so I haven’t been able to squeeze in exercise regularly. This is perfect to squeeze into my morning, gets my blood flowing and ready to have to sit most of the day.😢 Thank you!

@@coachangels I’ve missed working out with you too. Lots going on. My sister had a bone marrow transplant last year and she lives in another state and she had to have a knee replacement surgery. So she rescheduled it and I went to see her and help her on her recovery for 10 days. I came home and my precious four year old cat had to have emergency surgery. They didn’t go well and I had to put her to sleep , I got the flu and bronchitis. I think I’m ready for some good stuff to happen.😅
Glad you had fun! I didnt measure my calories but it can vary a lot. At least 100 maybe more if you went faster, used weights, or did big (full range) movements with the arms.

Ive not been able to return to my zumba gold twice a week for 12 wks due to my scaitica hit my left side, gone Dr and they cant figure exactly whats wrong.lve gained the inches l lost before with zumba.now l found you.thanks going back to moving again with ypur work out.❤thanks.

Oh that was excellent. Glad you popped up on my feed. I am 63 years old and have worked out my entire life. I’ve had 2 ankle replacements on my right ankle and can no longer do squats or lunges. About a year ago I went through some trauma and didn’t care any longer of taking care of My body and I gained 30 pounds. Been hard to get back into to. Saw this tonight and did the entire 16 minutes without a problem other than the one squat one so I just continued the waking part. Thank you for encouraging us while you worked out with us. Awesome.

Glad you’re doing this also! Came up on my feed today too, and I tried it for the first time. I’ve had three shoulder surgeries and two back surgeries, I’m 62, and just trying to make progress with the weight thing post menopause. Workouts like this really help! Take care.
