Welcome to Day Three of this Too Blessed to be Stressed #TBTBS 10 Day Yoga Challenge. Today is called Strong and Supple Spine and we will really be tuning into the importance of having both a mobile and strong back. It is a 20 minute back focused yoga flow. The spine can move in 7 different directions and we will explore all of those in todays yoga practice. They say: so long as the spine is mobile, the younger we will stay!

Day 3 is done! What a great flow. Backbends are my weak spot in my yoga practice but it always feels good to push through. Thank you for that great flow 😊
Day 3 completed! My spine feels so vibrant and my chest is so open I needed that, had a beautiful practice in the sunny garden and now I'm really to blessed to be stressed 🌞

Day 3 is done as well! It was hard but My spine and glutes feel so nice and grateful for this flow! It was lovely!! And exciting, because I got my camel pose today for the first time!!! Excited as well for day 4 to come!!! Thank you again for this challenge. I'm really BLESSED!!

Just finished the routine and had an amazing time. Found a lot of calm especially with the camel and also enjoyed a lot the beautiful flow from elbow plank to high cobra. Namaste!
Done!!! This was lovely and not too stressful for me especially since it tackles the spine/back, which I am very insecure about in my practice. Love this one so much 💓
