  • Get ready to crush this STANDING PILATES Total Body Workout!
    This 10 minute follow along workout will help you lengthen and strengthen your muscles while working on your balance and stability and toning your full body.
    This routine includes clear instructions and motivation throughout to make it beginner friendly and appropriate for all fitness levels. There is an abs / core series, a leg and booty series, and an upper body / arm series.
    You don't need any equipment for this (not even a mat) and it includes a warm up and a cool down, so let's get into it!

    I have severe OCD and most fitness activities are really difficult for me. Your standing pilates videos have been a breakthrough in that regard. I've done them almost daily for 8 months.     I have a scar on my knee and it is hard for me to practice using positions that requires knee because it hurts me so much 😭 you saved my life ❤️ Thanks a lot

    This was amazing! I'm a body builder but my appendix almost KOed so now I'm out of the gym for 4-6 weeks. This has been the most friendly pilates video for me and the most effective so far. Thank you!

    Your standing videos are the best - I have had a frozen shoulder for over a year and couldn't do much arm work, but keeping active is so important to my mental health! Just this past week with pilates and prayer my shoulder has now come free and I can lift my arm above my head for the first time since April last year! I'm from Australia but live in Indonesia! Keep the standing ones coming though, they're fun! Thanks! :)

    I'm from Texas. Wow! You just validated how out of shape I am; and how desperately I need to commit to getting back into shape. I've done my own favorite Pilates routine since 2003; and many of the exercises are the same as the ones I learned from my Mom's Nancy Taylor books when I was a kid. I haven't been doing them because they require too much room and I am living in less than 200 sq feet for now. These standing Pilates Workouts are just what I needed; and this one is quite challenging, for me.

    I developed a wierd condition in 2020 where my muscles and strength would completely shut off after even the slightest form of exercise. Before that I was a dancer and it crushed my heart not being able to do any more exercises without my body shutting down. This workout was so helpful, it gave me so much hope and motivation. I had to pause midway so. My muscles wouldn’t stop but it’s the first stress free workout I was able to finish in years. I will continue to do this every day until I get stronger. Thank you for creating this

    Great workout I can do at home with no equipment and no noise. I have really damaged knees but they don't bother me much in this workout. Also its much easier to force myself 10 min a day vs 30 min/few times a week
    Lys this is amazing! The motivation through the video is great! The forms are great! My booty is already lifted and my love hadles feel the burn 💪🏼
