It's up to you if you would like to start with more beginner stuff I have some videos that are specifically labeled as beginner. Or if you want to focus on standing workouts I have a whole section (playlist) of those as well on my channel page

Is a 10 Minute Pilates video the way to start? I am 70 and exercise regularly and love Kickboxing. I also use hand weights for upper body strengthening and Toning, but there are obvious restrictions for me anymore and I feel Pilates would help. I just wanna keep moving!!! 😂❤Any advice?
