- 20 MINUTE STANDING PILATES FOR TONED MUSCLES!!
Get ready to join me in this total body pilates workout class that requires minimal space and no equipment!
This workout will take your through a warm up, a workout which works all of your slow twitch muscles to create long lean strong and toned muscles, and finally it ends with a guided stretch.
This workout is definitely beginner friendly but can also be made more challenging with suggestions and modifications given.
