    I like the analogy you gave for the ab exercise, relating it to getting on a roller coaster haha!
    This legit felt like a full body workout! Love that it's all standing! Thank you!

    Thanks lys for such amazing workout videos. I am a great fan. One quick question - is it okay to do standing Pilates routine while trying to convince ?

      I'm assuming you meant conceive and it auto corrected lol. of course always consult your doctor but exercise is great for you in most situations if done with proper form and you are eating healthy in order to support the extra energy being used.
