Hi, I too found your channel by accident, but I am SO glad that I did. It was an intense pilates, balance and cardio workout that I thoroughly enjoyed. I subscribed to your channel. The only suggestion that I have it, if it is a standing pilates, please keep the stretches as standing. A friend of mine was doing this with me over screen share on Zoom, and did not have access to a mat or the ability to lay down due to being at work. I chose this because it was standing pilates. Just a suggestion. Thank you!

I did manage to turn a 20 minute workout into 40 minutes all thanks to my toddler who insisted I stop every few minutes to play mini sticks or roll a ball LOL ...and in case anyone asks, yes, a plie squat also doubles as a perfect tunnel for a crawling 1 year old! hahahah

Great standing workout but then you take it to the floor which defeated the standing workout header....
This is more cardio than pilates.
