I like to view myself as a fairly active person. I play multiple sports and am running almost everyday. But when I tell you this was one of the biggest struggles of my life😂😭 I love this.

omg i’m a gymnast & i do jiu jitsu and this was the hardest abt workout i’ve ever done, usually other ones it dosent really burn but omg i felt the burn, also idk how this hasn’t blown up yet, great video 😊
I've been doing this for a week now with a another ab exercise included and it feels easier as I progress with this exercise and my other exercises! And the soothing narration really helps. Love this video!!

This one was particularly lovely and fun!! I love how you talk us through everything, with minimal or no music! I turn the music all the way down and don’t get as good of a workout when the instructor doesn’t explain things like you do. Thank you so much!! my abs are usually really strong so whenever i'm working them out i can feel them working but it doesn't get to the after-burning level, but THIS one is cruel, i love love. i made it through to the plank and i was ready for the end of the workout but she started dropping her legs leg by leg and then when i thought that we were done, she started to cross them, omg i died. i'll be coming back to this one workout now, i definitely felt the challenge, so good!!!!

I loved this workout. I find it difficult to find ab workouts that actually burn, the exercises in this weren’t to complicated, music was nice, no stress causing high impact and great tips
I’m 70 and try to do this 2-3 days per week. Safe, effective and gets all of your core very well.

I’ve been doing this for approximately 2 months every time I go to the gym (2-3 times a week) and LET ME TELL YOU… the way my waist has SNATCHED 😭

@ hi! Yes, although the only way to get a tiny waist is via calorie deficit, this exercise has helped me learn to engage my core. Learning to engage my core has made a world of a difference because it helped me gain definition and shrink my mind section.
I still follow some moves to “wake up” my core before doing weighted ab workouts as progression but this workout has been a game changer!

I am a man and I have followed this “Simple” exercise and I must admit… IT LOOKS EASY BUT IT IS NOT! This is the most effective exercise (core) that I have done and actually felt the burn while doing it!!!
I've tried many abs and core workouts on youtube and this is one of the best that I keep coming back to. The last plank section is so difficult though 🥵

This was so effective at truly targeting my core!! Some exercises I have struggles activating my core because it is weak, so I strain my back or neck, but didn’t happen with any of these.

I struggle with lower back pain, so the sitting exercises are difficult for me. I just sub them with similar ab exercises that don’t put so much tension on my back. Other than that, this is perfect for my goal to strengthen my core 💪
