When I was a teen I used to hate working out. Got back to it years later and wow. It makes me feel so good. Got rid of anxiety completly. Also I love your working out. It seems so simple for a begginer like me. Huge thanks.

Wow! This workout was amazing! ✨ Truly visible professionalism. The only things is the music… I would maybe at least mix it with some non-lyric one since it gets heavy on a head. Or make it all non-lyric.
Thank you!! Appreciate your feedback but music is something that I can never win at as everybody has different tastes, people say it’s amazing, people say they don’t like it, I can only use certain music on RUclips so it’s a difficult task for me
@@MonikaFitt I understand. It’s just listening about toxic relationships or some wasted love gets on my nerves. But the workouts are truly great. Will try to do more! Thanks for the effort!
@@heleneGelle, I guess what I meant was, I need/prefer guidance, for example ensure you’re standing tall, your back is straight, tighten your core, don’t over extend etc. it’s just my preference. I don’t think that makes me dim/dumb at all. God Bless You 🙏.
