Great info. I have been a dispatching reefers for 6 years now ..thinking of adding box trucks to the mix. I have been watching youtube videos to learn how to be more effective. Some video's they try to talk and act cool and just don't get to the point . Your video is very informative and to the point. much appreciated.
Glad to help. I also don't like the videos where everyone brags about their success and knowledge. I feel like we are all constantly learning from each other and that's the way I try to act.
@@NeverStopTRK Hlo just now i have got ur channel in youtube and wathched this video, it's really very nice video. Will u pls make a video on this topic that how to collaborate with several truck owners as a freight broker ?

Here's in Pakistan my friend does this job from home I asked him but he ignored & didn't support me. Alhamdulillah[all praised to the God] I find your video on u tube. I'm grateful for your honest work.
Thank you for sharing this info and doing live calls with the brokers. That really helps to hear live calls. I took this info away from watching. "Pharses to use in negotiating rates: Do you have any flexibility for this load, what is your max rate Don't let brokers talk you into a load. As a professional dispatch company we use Total Dispatcher / Turbo Dispatcher TMS for our entire business. Hard working from spreadsheets when you have 50+ carriers
I like you man. I’m a company driver now. But I’m saving and working to become an owner operator. So, knowing anything about freight at all is important and will be useful to me in the future. Thanks man! 💪🏾
Great information. I am trying to build my youtube channel about dispatching, freight brokering, and trucking and I am happy to see others trying to do the same. Thank you.
As always, very interesting and informative. After watching the video, I understand that there is still a lot to learn. Conducting such negotiations is an art. 👍👍👍👍👍
Hey buddy you're such a lifesaver, I'm working on my job interview to get a position as a carrier negotiator and you just help me A LOT. Thanks and thanks, I'll be watching all your videos for sure.
Very informative video, thank you Enis. It is however puzzling that brokers do not post load related particulars. That way it would save time for the dispatcher and the broker to asnswer questions about the particulars. SO the phone call would only contain price negotiations, pick up/ delivery times etc.
Thanks for posting very informative video with the real atmosphere of negotiating process which I nowadays find it challenging. I'm just the new here in this trucking industry for a couple of week and there's one question that really disturbs me is that Can I become an experienced and more knowledgeable employee for my company like you? How much time does it take😅
Thanks for great info. You mentioned that technically you should check with factoring prior to booking, how do you check with them when you're in a time crunch trying to book a load or whether factoring even would work with them? Any advice is appreciated 😊

Hey i have question if you have different carriers and you booking few loads for same broker but different carriers like ch Robinson so you give them everytime different mc to same ch rep ??
You don't need your own factoring. You can use your carriers factoring company's system to check the brokers and see if they will work with that broker.
@@NeverStopTRK Do you have to have the Owner Operator’s login to the factoring company to check the credit? Or can it be checked just by going to the website with no login credentials?
Question: When negotioating for a higher paid load. Can you lie and say his dead head is allot larger than what it is? In an effort to make it seem like he is farther away and needs a larger rate?

If the notion is that your gut feeling learns from experience and gains it over time. Then yes, otherwise, gut feeling might not be the best choice.
