Thx for showing the real of this industry. Im new, and looking for my pickup and trailer stage right now. I love how you show the process. Everybody else acts like getting loads is quick and easy. And this shows its clearly not. Looks like a lot of down time trying to negotiate fair rates and such. And i can imagine the no call backs are high af. Again thanks for the heads up so i can adjust for the knowledge of how these companies are.
@@AdjudicatorBrbal of course! Think of it this way. The newer your company the more time youll spend on loadboards looking for loads. The more age your company has the better and you eventually even have your own shippers that work with you directly! Id say the average youll spend on the load board is 3-5 hrs a week once you get 60 days under your belt
@@truckingempire563 i just saw the video yesterday and seeing it again, but if you can help me understand about the factor what is it for and is that on rts app?
@Collie Transport LLC because not all carriers want to wait 28 to 50 days to get paid or risk not getting paid at all. Why not just pay a percentage to get paid within 3 days? And don't say quick pay because most companies charge 5% for 3 day pay and 3% for a 7 day pay which is more than my factoring company. That simple.
Wow you telling me you averaging about $7000 a week being a new authority? I'm amazed because it's hard to book loads when your new authority I'm shocked man. This is going to seriously motivate me thanks man.

I appreciate you sharing this information. Starting our trucking company and just trying to educate myself. This definitely opened my eyes. Thank you and keep trucking!
I'm very confused. Let's assume the load pays $2/mile and is 300 miles to the delivery destination (600 miles roudtrip). The average price of fuel is $4.50/gallon and a 26' box truck averages about 8 miles per gallon. Your diesel, alone, would cost $338.50. Assuming you put 20% aside for maintenance and repairs ($120), that leaves you $141.50 on a full days driving. That seems awfully low, and I'm assuming I'm missing something here. Please help me understand.
That's one of the key benefits of signing up with the platform Ryan is using called Trucker's Edge. They have a fuel card with member benefits with discounts. Plus, if you aren't doing anything but at home, $141.50 is better than $0. Not to mention that extra $120 for your maintenance example. $161.50. Just sayin..
Thanks Ryan, just found your video and it is very helpful to me as I am getting into the industry and educating myself as much as I can, great insight you give in it 🤜. I see that is a year old, I hope you made this a series and hope to find more deal making videos from you. Great show, be well. 👏👏

Would really appreciate a series being made out of this!!
More videos like this and more pliss
This guy has the coolest keyboard I've ever seen. I like how he is negotiating with the clients. Im learning new terms like 'capping' and that any rating below a C is not worth it. Series please.
This was good he literally showed us step by step live beyond appreciative thank you god bless⚔️
I really like your videos because they are real life hands on examples step by step exactly what I need.
Thank you
Good stuff bro! That's exactly what I am gonna do as well. It's very important to do a credit check first
I just got my CDL and after doing research into other fields in the industry im seeing that dispatchers and brokers are making more than the truckers and im kinda sick yet motivated at the same time
Excellent video!!! I love that you're very detailed and not afraid to show everyone how to make money moves. It's enough loads and dispatches for everyone to eat. More youtubers should be like you. I have a cargo van and I just started so I don't have my authority yet. If any cargo van drivers can help 🙏 assist.
What’s authority? I’m starting out. I want to get a box truck.
So far I like what I see, I been watching a few videos of all different ppl . But this is raw and detailed no fluf ,you got my attention
This is the best video I have seen so far. Thank you so much, Ryan! Very helpful, bro! 👍🏾
Learned a lot, keep them coming. Going to get my truck in a few week . Just trying to get all the knowledge can get before I jump out there. Thank you for your help. From texas.
Thank you so much for doing this live! This is a great video of reality. I definitely understand a little more👏🏽I was wondering how to negotiate now I feel confident seeing this.
Happy i could help!
Same here. So happy I came across your vid 💪🏾💪🏾🔥
Very good 👍
Thank you you put it in the simplest format for me to understand
@@Rdot3423 Are you a broker?
Dude your awesome I'm doing my research to get in the game your a big help keep it coming
Very informative stuff here very detailed and well put together I’m surprised this doesn’t have atleast 100k views
Thank you! It actually is at 175k its mind blowing how well its done
Lol typo I meant like 1 mil
@@shaquillesterling384 haha if that happens id be amazed
Thanks for being so transparent, I had no idea you have make sure they factor with your company.
Of course thats what i do it for! Glad the video helped.
We don’t have factoring, be direct, they pay us to haul there freight, why factor?!?
@@truckingempire563 i just saw the video yesterday and seeing it again, but if you can help me understand about the factor what is it for and is that on rts app?
@Collie Transport LLC because not all carriers want to wait 28 to 50 days to get paid or risk not getting paid at all. Why not just pay a percentage to get paid within 3 days? And don't say quick pay because most companies charge 5% for 3 day pay and 3% for a 7 day pay which is more than my factoring company. That simple.
Thank you for your amazing video. I am currently working in hospitality industry but would like to continue in dispatching sphere.
Preciate the game you handed out in this video fasho📈
Got u🙏🏽
Wow you telling me you averaging about $7000 a week being a new authority? I'm amazed because it's hard to book loads when your new authority I'm shocked man. This is going to seriously motivate me thanks man.
Not only that, it's hard finding box truck loads period.
@@charchar7897 you ain't lying
@@onlythetruth333 The most I've ever dispatched on a SB is $6600, and it's not every week.
Nothing is impossible, you have to believe in ya self even with new authority. What's for you is for you
Hey Ryan! Hope you're still doing your thing. I came across your video while researching a dispatch videos cause I just finished a course and have no knowledge of this industry and I enjoyed everything you just shared and felt comfortable watching you and listening to you handle those calls. Really made me feel like I can do this. Thank you so much, blessings to you and your business and KEEP ON TRUCKING!!
How did it go?
This was definitely helpful.. I love the transparency. This helped me feel more condfident about speaking with brokers. Keep the content coming
Thank you!

You just earned a new subscriber. Amazing content boss. Keep inspiring us to move on. The industry is pretty bad, but I don't see most truck owners quitting. You just got to keep pushing. We can all make it.
Yo this is the best video when it come to show the shit , booking loads , calculating, convos with the Company. Keep it up bro u A1!!
This video was on POINT!!! Thank you sir!!!
Love the live calling 👏👍,we new to the game , learning slowly but shortly
When searching for loads tap offer on the top bar. That will put the top paying loads at the top. Start with the big money boss.

Love your videos I'm new to the industry very informative
Thank you brother I just found what I have been looking for good and honest info I’m about to get my truck and trailer this coming week just waiting my llc to get done keep this kind of videos going there’s a lot of wrong information on youtube
THANKYOU so much for this!! New subscriber here!! I’m considering becoming a dispatcher and this was very helpful taking your time to explain to us how this works!!!Bless you!!
Thanks this video was very informative. I'm currently working on starting a new llc with a new authority. The current owner has had his original llc since 2009.
Being a "new kid on the block" I greatly appreciate the tips in this video
This video was AWESOME! VERY informative and made me confident about this start up!
This is best possible training! Thank you. That`s how people can learn, not by buying stupid PDF files or PP presentations.
Thank you! My dispatching course shows much much more!
Best Live Booking Video I've Seen So Far!
I appreciate you sharing this information. Starting our trucking company and just trying to educate myself. This definitely opened my eyes. Thank you and keep trucking!
Can I work for u ?
@@vankadinkobywahinho8266 hey we’re you able to get started in trucking?
glad I found this veideo that was inspiring, especially your authority being 3 weeks is uplifting for new like me
Bro this video was very helpful.

Man i appreciate that!! I hope one day i can hit a million lmao‼️
Facts 🔥🔥🔥📝
I definitely appreciate this video. What I hate the most is these brokers/dispatchers don’t want to work with you because of your “new authority” afraid something will happen but that’s why you get paid from this high asss insurance I’m paying every month if something does go wrong. that’s why I’m covered, you’re safe!. Sheesh.. they want 2-3 months seasoned authority like this 💩 free every month how am i supposed to pay insurance/truck note with no work??.. keep going hard my boy I appreciate this video.
I'm a software engineer, and it looks like there is a lot of room for improvement on the software you are using. There is no software that on the same screen will show the credit rating of the company?
Awesome vid bro, I plan to start up my own box truck business in 2024.
Great job on putting the info out I definitely subscribe to u so keep putting the info out cause I can definitely use it..
Can you put a video up on finding some loads in New Jersey that would help me out thank you..
Yessir i can! Ill try to get one of my trucks out that way soon so i can get an organic video of me dispatching them
Thanks..

Love live video especially since I’m in Chicago trying to dispatch for my own box truck get blessings us with 💎 much love
You mentioned this is your second company and I feel like that gave you a lot of leverage with the freight brokers. What did you do for your first company? What are some tips that you could give me to start from the bottom?
Don’t worry about the um that means your thinking bro keep it up great video!
Thanks bro!!
Just because they have a bad rating with RTS doesn't mean they're a company trying to rip you off. It happens to me, I have to invoice them and wait for payment. I haven't been ripped off.
Hi Ryan I’m new here I can of understand the call for booking where I’m stuck at is after you book the load how to do the paperwork. I was told what to do but I really learn off hands on training. For example like how you on video showing how to book the loads. Can you do a video of you doing the paperwork?
Bro I got a lot from this video but would you plz do 26" reefer and dry around DC or 20744 zip code... may Allah keep you safe ✌🏾
Yessir! Just give me some time ill be home fulltime next week so more content will be coming!!!
It would be really nice to see you book a load that you’re taking- vlog the pick up and drop off -
Thats a good idea!
is there a $$$ difference if you have a reefer? Thinking of starting my own just dont know how and looking up tons of info
Yes a bit higher pay but also less loads to choose from

Hey bro. Is it’s called dead head. One of those brokers going to catch you saying you been in the game for three years and then saying dead hand🤣
