    मेरा लेफ्ट घुटना दर्द देता है मैंने एकबार वजनदार वस्तू उठाई थी तो घुटने में खिचाव आया था चलने नही देता था अब जाता देर खडे रहने से दर्द देता है और कभी कभी अटकता है क्या करे सर

    Sir mere hand bhut vibrate krte pushup krte tym , shyd pain bear ni kr pate, even 5 pushup too. Mere lie kya sahe rhega long plan jisse slowly m ache s push ups lga pau ???
