    Very nice exercise sir. I am 55 and I gained 10 kgs weight during menopause. I exercise regularly for 45 minutes. Zumba, aerobics, cardio, yoga, dance. I am also following a moderate low calorie diet. But no weight loss at all. Please advice.

    Meri wt 65 kg thi. bohut try ke baad 56 hua hei. lekin last 6 months se wo stuck ho gaya hei. kabhi 1 kg borhta hei aur kabhi kam. lekin mein 53 korna sahti hoon. please advice. age 47 ht 152 cm
