      आप जो कह रहे हो उस प्रकार के वीडियो यूट्यूब पर भरे पड़े है।
      हमने शुरुआत में ऐसे वीडियो बनाये थे लेकिन उसमे वर्कआउट के form, tempo, motivation यह सब elements नहीं रहते
      और हम ट्रेनर है। जिनका काम ही है लोगो को movement सिखाना।
      इसलिए अगर हम cueing ही नहीं कर रहे तो फिर वहाँ training का element ही नहीं रहता।
      आशा है आप हमारा यह दृष्टिकोण समज पाओगे 🙏🏼
