I am pretty sure anyone wearing a cowboy hat or anyone married to someone wearing a cowboy hat is legally obligated to refer to Norris as Walker Texas Ranger, though. Regardless of this being a reference to other movies.
Speaking of "Walker Texas Ranger" Have you guys ever seen Chuck Norris in his all time greatest action film 'Lone Wolf McQuade'? Its so so good and basically WTR before WTR where he literally plays the original Texas Ranger. So much so, the producers of that film sued the producers of the TV series cause it was the same character in all but name only in every way.
The highest grossing installment of the trilogy. The closest to the original concept as an 'old school' action feature. It just takes more and more of what we love about films like this. Everything was considered to make this epic and EX2 succeeded in making a lot of room for everyone. Almost ever action star we know of is right here. Stallone, Schwarzenegger and Willis alone complete the epicness. This was the 2nd American film for HK actress Yu Nan (Maggie). Originally they wanted Michelle Yeoh as the first female Expendable and I heard that she recommended this actress for the role instead. EX2 was directed by Simon West, who helmed Con-Air (1997), Lara Croft:Tomb Raider(2001) and the 2011 remake of The Mechanic with Jason Statham. On a somber note, EX2 is dedicated to Sly Stallone's first born child and only son, Sage. Co-starred with his dad in Rocky V (1990) and Daylight (1996). Passed away about a month before the film's release.
"EX2 is dedicated to Sly Stallone's first born child and only son, Sage." 1.) No, it isn't. I just checked the end titles. That appears nowhere. It does, however, say "In Memorium Lui Kun," a stuntman who was killed making the film. 2.) Sage is not Stallone's only son. His second son is Seargeoh, who was used as Rocky Jr. in "Rocky II" and who stays out of the public eye because of severe autism.
I saw - The Expendables 2 in cinema especially for "Jean-Claude Van Damme" an anti-hero plus Arnold and Chuck Norris. An interesting fact Van Damme trained for role as instructed by Stallone.
Me too. First JCVD I saw theatrically was Double Impact in 1991 and Sudden Death was the last theatrical Van Damme film I saw in '95. It was great seeing Van Damme in the big screen in The Expendables II, and I figured it was likely the last chance I had to see him in the theater.
The "Lone Wolf" reference to Chuck Norris is from the movie Lone Wolf McQuade. The baddie is played by David Carradine. BTW, If you want to see one of Chuck Norris's better movies where he actually does a bit of acting watch Code Of Silence.

I think the third one has my favorite cast of Old guy team members.
@jamespetkwitz8737 I also love the cast of the 3rd one. Had they gone with a full R rating, it would have been very cool. If only it wasn't Lionsgate, but Warner Bros. making these movies, you know they would have had better productions. For example, if someone like Joel Silver, the producer of the Lethal Weapon's and the first two Die Hard movies, was the producer for these. The quality would have been so much higher in terms of production value. But I'll bet Warner Bros. turned Stallone down, which is probably why he took the idea to Lionsgate since they distributed Rambo 4 a couple of years earlier.
9:50 Jet Li took the guy on a parachute ride mainly cause most the film was supposed to be filmed in China but the deal to film in China fell through. So Stallone decided to have him parachute out of the plane over China. 10:36 that’s actually a true story about Dolph Lundgren. He does have that masters degree. 14:22 he’s also gotta die cause he doesn’t fit into the group. He’s not an old action star. 25:32 a couple funny things with Chuck Norris in this. Plutonium doesn't explode that easily so there is no problem shooting at it. Actually the same is true with nuclear warheads, they aren't designed to explode unless intended the idea of them being volatile is just a Hollywood thing, mainly used to build on the trope of old movies and Dynamite which is a highly volatile explosive.
Okay, you, my guy, are officially a legend. The banter was on point from the beginning to the end “I love Jason statement” had me dying! 😂😂😂 well earned subscribe and like
Funny that Chuck is now a born again Christian and refuses to do any more violence when his whole career, he was the lone wolf one man army, sort of Rambo before Rambo.
You guys need to look up Scott Adkins (the Ben Aflek look a like) he is a first class stuntman and actor and you saw him as the guy in the fat suit in John Wick 4
Chuck Norris starred in a ton of 80's action films. The Missing in Action series, Delta Force series, Lone Wolf McQuade (Hence the reference in this film) and my favourite one because he sports two micro Uzis in a custom made "quick draw holster" is Invasion U.S.A.. There are plenty more and I think you should look at reacting to some...
The first movie was a much darker setting visually. Most of the big fights happened at night so you wouldn't see as clearly. Jason Statham is always my favorite. Iam a knife collector and love seeing blades used in movies. One of my absolute favorites is The Hunted with Tommy Lee Jones. The knife fighting is quite realistic.
25:43 shame you skipped Chuck Norris joke 😂 (The reason why Kills in this one looks less gory is because all of that was shot for PG rating, which is actually one of important reasons why Chuck is here, he didn't wanted just a bloody gore film, all of the blood things was added more later, still, its better than almost no blood at all, that will be a huge problem of The Expendables 3 which was and shot and released for PG rating)
His masters degree is from the University of Sydney. After that, he received a scholarship to MIT. Grace Jones convinced him to move to NYC and become an actor.
Weapons grade plutonium and even more so, reactor grade Plutonium, is more radioactive than natural or depleted Plutonium. Same with Uranium. In theory, enough heat or explosive force could cause fission to occur.

So when sly os talking about dolph and MIT well is not totally fake. He did attened a top university and has numerous degrees and a masters. Guy is a real genius.
Ok so the Chuck Norris revel was epic but for me when they say " I hear you're a Lone Wolf" or something close I immediately thing of one of his movies Lone Wolf McQuade which IMO led into Walker Texas Ranger (different character yes but they were both Texas Marschalls). More references to their old movies awesome reaction guys keep 'em coming. :)
You need to react to : invasion usa, delta force 1 and 2, missing in action 1,2,3 and lone wolf Mcquade :) this is my favourite expendables movie, good reaction 😀
The first one is still my favorite of the trilogy. And I can't believe you guys haven't seen Lone Wolf McQuade! It's the movie that eventually became Walker, Texas Ranger. They wanted to turn it into a series right after the movie came out, but Chuck Norris was getting movie deals left and right. So, flash forward to the end of his career and they finally made the show, but not as a sequel to Lone Wolf McQuade. I personally like McQuade more than Walker. He was a beer drinking, dirty, "lone wolf" with his own wolf at home 🤘
5 tons of plutonium is 5,000kg, assuming they are US "long tons" rather than short tons (2200 lbs. vs. 2000 lbs.). With someone offering $4 million per kilo, that was a $20 Billion payday for Van Damme. He could afford to bring a lot of underlings.
Just and interesting fact... the cylinders that they were lifting in the mine where they were getting the plutonium.. would have been extremely heavy. The mass of plutonium is outrageous. Basically a quarter size coin of plutonium would weigh close to 2lbs.. so you see the guys lifting those 2 liter size cylinders of plutonium is a giant fuck up..
Dolph Lundgren actually does have a Master's in Chemical Engineering. My favorite Chuck Norris movie is Lone Wolf McQuade.

I actually like 3 a bit better. Two of the new cast are really good and IMO the BEST Villian in the series so far.
@@memnarch129 There's something really off about the third one. It just doesn't feel right.
This movie was funny as hell. Seeing Chuck Norris...was like the biggest FUCK YEAH for me in movie history because of how much I grew up on that show.
YES! It's Pretty Obvious that Mrs. Movies NEEDS To See the BEST of Chuck Norris... I will List his Greatest Films and Only The Real Chuck Norris Fans will Agree...
"The Octagon" "Forced Vengeance" "Silent Rage" "Lonewolf McQuade" "Missing In Action 2 the Beginning " "Invasion USA" "Deltaforce" "Code of Silence" "Missing In Action 3 Braddock" "The Hero & The Terror" "Deltaforce 2" and of course the Family friendly "SideKicks"... the Bonus is "Way of The Dragon" it's Chuck's film Debut where he Fights Bruce Lee!
Shooting up a nuke is the best way to disable it.
Walker texas Rangers is one of my favorite shows used to watch it all the time at my grandma house.
Okay, you, my guy, are officially a legend. The banter was on point from the beginning to the end “I love Jason statement” had me dying! 😂😂😂 well earned subscribe and like
Seeing Bruce Willis and Arny together was a1.
Funny that Chuck is now a born again Christian and refuses to do any more violence when his whole career, he was the lone wolf one man army, sort of Rambo before Rambo.
This was the return of van damme to theaters. And as a badass badguy. GOAT!
It's a shame about Bruce. I wish him well.
I agree. Lone Wolf McQuade is one of my favorite classics.
This should be on your list.
Please do reaction videos to Jean-Claude Van Damme's movies, just so we can see Mr. Movies try to do Van Damme impressions, lol.
Expendables 3 has the best Villian in the series, so far, IMO. Also two of the additions to the cast in 3 are great IMO.
Chuck Norris made many good movies in the 80’s.. Invasion USA, Delta Force, Lone Wolf Mcquade and the Missing in Action movies.. 🤩
I watched Walker Texas Ranger just for the theme song. No regrets
You guys need to look up Scott Adkins (the Ben Aflek look a like) he is a first class stuntman and actor and you saw him as the guy in the fat suit in John Wick 4
"I've been called that"
Lone Wolf McQuade
The no ticket Indiana Jones reference was gold
Non-stick, so you can clean all the sticky bits off and use it again! :0)
I can remember when this came out someone called this the geriatric fight club. Almost all my favorite action stars in one shot.
If Chuck Norris thinks the dye job on his beard looks natural, it doesn't.
25:43 shame you skipped Chuck Norris joke 😂
(The reason why Kills in this one looks less gory is because all of that was shot for PG rating, which is actually one of important reasons why Chuck is here, he didn't wanted just a bloody gore film, all of the blood things was added more later, still, its better than almost no blood at all, that will be a huge problem of The Expendables 3 which was and shot and released for PG rating)
Marian Ravenwood was the first to use a PAN as a weapon!
fun fact: Dolph Lundgren actually has a masters degree in chemical engineering from MIT. That dude is freaking smart!
His masters degree is from the University of Sydney. After that, he received a scholarship to MIT. Grace Jones convinced him to move to NYC and become an actor.
Fun fact! Who cares.
Hearing the Mrs has only seen Bloodsport, we gotta introduce her to the Nok Su Kao.
I think she’s the only person whose ever called attention to Jean Claude Van Damme’s arms. 🤣
Weapons grade plutonium and even more so, reactor grade Plutonium, is more radioactive than natural or depleted Plutonium. Same with Uranium. In theory, enough heat or explosive force could cause fission to occur.
Love your reaction to Chuck Norris and I do think you should watch Walker Texas Ranger! My dad and I would watch it every Saturday....I even made my best friend watch it when I spend the night at her house lmao!! I'm excited to see what you think of Expendables 3.
Ms's got real giddy when chuck norris showed up,lol
if i recall correctly, "double trouble" is with the other muscle twins who got famous for a minute... peter and david paul.
could also be a movie with bud spencer and terrence hill.
the affleck-esque bad guy is scott adkins (awesome stuntman/martial artist). there was some movie where he played the main character. one of the promo covers looked like a picture of adam sandler on SUPERCRACK.
i recently rewatched a chuck norris movie called Firewalker also with Louis Gossett Jr
According to Siri, Mr. Miyagi died in 2011 however, Pat Morita, who played Mr. Miyagi died in 2005 😂🤷♂️
really i dont care the graphics or good plot in this movies, i like how they have fun with each other. My fav is Arnold because every line he says makes me laugh so hard Chuck Norris too with the jokes abou the cobra, and way before texas ranger he have a movie with Bruce Lee in the 70's
No one reacts to JCVD movies though he was one of the biggest action stars of the 90's. Could you take up on couple of his movies like Double Impact, Lionheart or Time Cop for example?
Hard Target.
Hell yeah
So when sly os talking about dolph and MIT well is not totally fake. He did attened a top university and has numerous degrees and a masters. Guy is a real genius.
I think Van Damme best movie resurgence is 2009 Universal Soldier:Regeneration.Great action flick!
J J McQuade from Lone Wolf McQuade makes Walker look like Elmo
Ok so the Chuck Norris revel was epic but for me when they say " I hear you're a Lone Wolf" or something close I immediately thing of one of his movies Lone Wolf McQuade which IMO led into Walker Texas Ranger (different character yes but they were both Texas Marschalls). More references to their old movies awesome reaction guys keep 'em coming. :)
Slap some white paint on the underside of that chopper and it'd almost look like a famous TV copter from the 80s...
You need to react to : invasion usa, delta force 1 and 2, missing in action 1,2,3 and lone wolf Mcquade :) this is my favourite expendables movie, good reaction 😀
Yep, yall need to add Double Impact, Universal Soldier, Universal Soldier day of reckoning and Street Fighter to yalls list....
"PREDATOR" WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE ACTION FILM❤❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍
"where his biceps?"
😅😂😂😂😂😂
The first one is still my favorite of the trilogy.
And I can't believe you guys haven't seen Lone Wolf McQuade! It's the movie that eventually became Walker, Texas Ranger. They wanted to turn it into a series right after the movie came out, but Chuck Norris was getting movie deals left and right. So, flash forward to the end of his career and they finally made the show, but not as a sequel to Lone Wolf McQuade. I personally like McQuade more than Walker. He was a beer drinking, dirty, "lone wolf" with his own wolf at home 🤘
@18:00 It clearly didn’t go through his heart. It went through his left lung.
Look out, its the Moped Mafia!
Child hood to till This Time All Fever8 Hero's In One Movie
❤❤❤❤❤
5 tons of plutonium is 5,000kg, assuming they are US "long tons" rather than short tons (2200 lbs. vs. 2000 lbs.). With someone offering $4 million per kilo, that was a $20 Billion payday for Van Damme. He could afford to bring a lot of underlings.
You guys should check out the movie Harley Davidson and The Marlboro Man great action movie with Don Johnson and Mickey Rourke
Van Dam trains all his muscles and not just 70% like the rest. That's why his muscles are everywhere, including under the upper arm.
Yeah he lives for fighting 💯
Scott Adkins are very good guy you guys must see Undisputed!
nooo they talked over the Cobra joke nooo :( me sad :D
Favourite expendable is Barney obviously! Stallone is the GOAT.
