I can't sew a straight line but enjoy watching this. It would be cute if you embroidered a letter or design on the piece you sew on to the town above the fastener.
Heck, I cant sew a straight line half the time, the only way to get better is practice, but that is a great idea, I did do one with a monogram of an H for our last name. I just didn't make a video, lol.
Nice idea but it takes too long I like things easier to make myself. I’ll stick with sewing a button on and just folding the hot pad in half. I can make one in five minutes
I got it a couple years back from Missouri Star Here is a link to it on Amazon, it comes with a big one and a small one. www.amazon.com/Wright-Products-8823754-Wrights-Scallop/dp/B000YZ5WCM/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=quilting+scallop+tool&qid=1576722928&sr=8-1
No it is quite the machine! I have been thinking about possibly doing a sewing for beginners series. Would that be something you would be interested in?
Very cute. Thanks for sharing.❤
thank you so much . I never knew how to do the snap without it showing . thank you
I like the snaps you used. I been using Kam snaps, I'm always worried they may pop off...lol thanks for the video!
I use iron on denim patch behind magnetic snaps. Very stable.
That is a great idea, it would work perfectly!!
I like how you made them out of scraps . I like doing that too. Nice work . God almighty bless you always in Jesus amen

Magnetic snap ist a good idea. Just made something similar, had still to decide on button or velcro. Thanks
I have another video that uses a button closure instead.

not sure if you still read these but was wondering what size the snaps were you used
I have to look, I just moved and I haven't unpacked my sewing room yet, but I will get back to you as soon as I can on that.
How do the snaps hold up with washing?
They hold up perfectly, they don't tarnish or come loose, I have washed mine many times and it still looks just like when I made it.
Does anyone know what size snaps I should use on these. Thank you
You can use anything you have, I would just what looks best.🙂
Nice work. I’ve NEVER sewed in my life. I would love to learn...definitely not your grandmas sewing machine!
