I bought some laundry baskets and filled them jars of home canned vegetables, jellies, and jams for Christmas gifts this year. I put bowls with bowl cozies and one of your tea towels in some of them also. This has been my favorite design ever! I always disliked having to gather towels to make oven towels. Your design is awesome! Can’t wait to make all three of these new designs. Thank you!👩‍🌾💙🪡🧵

I had just come across your first design about 2 months ago and was very pleased not to have to do buttonholes. However the previous patterns that I had been making used a full towel, which I perferred. I found I was not able to construct with a full towel and made many for family and friends with half a towel. I prefer to have a full (double sided) towel and am very anxious to try out this method. Thank you for continuing innovating patterns. I am so pleased to have discovered your channel. Keep bringing us your new ideas!

THESE ARE GENIUS! Simple designs customizable by whatever patterns and colors I choose. Perfect for my daughter w young kids who throw towels on the floor bc they’re too young to rehang after washing hands. Perfect for my other daughter in her new home with more bathrooms and a guest bath that needs a pretty hand towel.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SIMPLE DESIGNS AND TIPS!!

Your instructions were perfect. I'd been looking for an oven door handle towel that was NOT crocheted, turned into a dress, needed buttons or snaps, etc, but also couldn't easily be taken down by an animal or toddler. This simple band of fabric with the pleated towel, to me, just looks more sophisticated, and doesn't scream "old fashioned". I, personally had a difficult time making just one in one afternoon. It was totally user error, because the towel I had chosen for my first try was much too thick, so it was a bit more slow going. It was also a very dark black, so I couldn't get the chalk to make a nice think line the way you did with the chalk, and then also, even attempted with a chalk pencil. I know better know which type of towel to buy that would work better. I do love the way it turned out. Thanks so much for giving us this tutorial.

I've watched several of your tutorials, and was always tempted. I have a bit of time these days that I might be able to complete a project, these beautiful towels might be my 1st.
project. I love all the hints you drop in as your sewing and your voice is soothing. Sounds silly but it helps to keep me relaxed as I sew. Thank you.
