They sound like a great repair shop! The chain strap of one of my new Chanel flaps fell apart literally within a week after I bought it from the boutique 😤 Of course I was able to bring it back since it was virtually brand new, but if one of my vintage flaps needs a repair I’ll def bring it to this shop. wow love how the bag turned out! You mentioned that the whole bag was repainted. Do you notice a texture change on the white caviar leather after the repaint process? Congrats again!

I didn’t! I think the leather texture change is likely more prominent with the lambskin since it’s smoother to begin with.

Carolie George mine came with the authenticity card and care booklet but not a dust bag. Each fashionphile outlet listing is different but they always list what it comes with!

Lenna Bowman hi! They do work on other bag brands- I have seen repairs from them for Dior, Hermes and Ferragamo as well. I would say email them about the piece you are interesting in repairing and they would let you know if they can do the work or not!
