First of all, amazing video and so informative 💜 I have never heard of Stackry until this video and I could really use that service, thank you so much for the review. The pink chanel flap is stunning and I'm so glad it worked out. I'm the same way, always daydreaming, that it was probably a giant diamond ring that scratched the bag. Your outcome with this bag after sending it to the leather surgeons and then having it come back looking to me like it's brand new gives me so much hope for the future of my bags and makes me now feel more comfortable to start using my chanel pieces more often. I hope you'll keep making videos.

Thanks for your video. I took the plunge and sent them a wallet and they did a great job. It was horribly beat up and now it looks brand new
the box and dust bag are original. I bought my Chanel handbag directly from the boutique in 2009 and it had the same box and dust bag. I still have both :-)

The old boxes are smaller with white bottoms and the dust bags were tiny; just fits the bag. Your classic flap is gorgeous! I love that shade of pink. It really looks beautiful against you with your colouring and eye colour. Wear your beauty in good health x
Ohh! I had no idea. They've changed so much over the years with the packaging and presentation, I just wish they still made the bags the same way they did before. Thank you so much for your compliments about the bag! It was a gamble and it paid off.

Haha YES that’s me! I just flew with my bags - neatly packed and wrapped inside a carry on suitcase. Never again will I carry on onto a plane!
Great job! I contacted them before and ended up selling it scared to send it off. I have a square mini the exact color in caviar. I don’t use it often. How is your wear with the color?
No problems with the colour so far, but I wouldn’t wear this bag with dark jeans etc. I can’t recommend their services enough though.
Amazing work! How do they do it? Reasonable price too. Good to know that if you make a pre-loved purchase and it's not to your satisfaction you can send it off to Leather Surgeons.
Thank you so much! :) No idea how they do it, but they are the official repair salon for Chanel! They have the correct materials, dyes etc. The best thing is, you can buy a preloved bag in sub par condition for a great price, then send it off! :)

Hi, could you pls let know how much did leather surgeons charge you for fixing the issues? I'm contemplating availing their services and it'd help me make a decision price wise.
Hi Anna Marie! Originally it was supposed to be $240 but after they saw the bag there was extra damage to it, so it ended up being $315. This includes the shipping back to you. You pay after the work is completed if that helps, and you can send them photos of your bag or a listing you’re considering buying and they will give you the price up front.

They do! If you have Chanel, they work directly with them, so they can also just replace the Chanel hardware :)

Watch Business Insider or Insider on RUclips. Leather Surgeons has a video on there with Garry doing an insane beautiful job on a golden yellow bag. I’m not a handbag person at all, I just love the craftsmanship and only watch these just for the level of craftsmanship that I enjoy!
