It was in pretty good condition, but you do have to be very careful buying online especially on ebay. Buy from reputable resellers and definitely get it authenticated. Thanks for watching!

Hi Sari. I am also 5'1" and can confirm the strap on this bag is too long to wear on the shoulders. I have to shorten it with some bag loops. I paid a little bit over $400 for my bag (it’s smaller than yours). I guess because my bag condition was horrible. The inside was totally trash. They also polished and plated the hardware. I’m surprised that your price is much lower. Even my excellent-condition medium flap is quoted for $250 for professional cleaning. But I definitely love their work.
Hello! $400 is a great price for a Chanel Diana, even if in the smaller size. Was Leather Surgeons able to help you fix the inside? I'm not sure how they quote mine, but perhaps it was in good condition? Also if the medium flap has double flap, it might be more work to clean? Thanks for sharing your price. I like that I get to put everything I need plus more in this bag. I can fit a sunglass case where normally I can only put a pair of sunnies on top. I do feel because I am more petite (5'1" or 155cm), the smaller version might have looked cuter on my frame. Nevertheless, I am very happy with the one I got. I would guess it depends on what you want to carry in it?
Hi! Wear and tear is still going strong (I just responded to your other comment!) but I wanted to point out that I don't use it that often. I have been trying to incorporate this bag into my weekend rotations. At the moment, I only use it a handful of times a year. I don't regret the purchase at all - beautiful and unique bag - but I am more careful in where I bring it due to it being lambskin.

Did they dye/paint the bag?
I believe they buffed the bag. I think they need to contact me before dyeing the bag and they never had to.
