Overall the bag looks great except for the coloring. It is a dull faded out black. I just want them to dye it to a deep black with a sheen. No other repairs are really needed so hopefully they quote me with a price I can afford. Did they dye yours at all or just cleaned it up? I want to get a maxi too! Thank you for the review! Hello, the texture is good for the condition & age of the bag. I think they did a great job. They explain things in great detail & usually would tell you if it would change the feel of the bag. I would let them know your concern up front though.
