I'm so happy to share this scary story because it has a happy ending. I'm so thankful for Leather Surgeons because they saved my bag!

Leather Surgeons does an amazing job with their Spa service. Since watching your reveal, I’m kind of loving the idea of acquiring a mini rectangular or small Chanel flap. Your handbag is super cute.
I have used the Leather Surgeons for every vintage Chanel bag I've purchased, and I think they're awesome. I know what you mean about the texture. I have found that with use, the texture softens again. Your extra mini is adorable.

I was thinking the same thing! like paint is just coming off? Does that happen with the pink and different colored bags, too? I hope they at least said it was a painted bag before selling. Cause I've never heard of this before:/

Hello dear. How long did they take to email back to you letting you know they have the bag? Mine delivered 6 days ago and I still haven’t heard from them
Hi! They emailed me the day after the tracking said it was delivered to let me know they received the bag.
Can you please let me know hows leather feels after? Did it loose the sheen and softness???
The leather feels great! It doesn’t have a lot of sheen, but it also didn’t have much to begin with. The texture is a little different, but not necessarily in a bad way, just different.
