Yeah they are really honest. In my case, I showed them pictures of five vintage bags on eBay I was interested in and they told me which ones could not be saved and which one would be a good buy. I bought that one and had them repair it. I showed it to my friend who has a brand new Chanel and she asked if the previous owner never used it. Guess they did a good job

I do appreciate his honesty. And I can understand his response. I sent him a vintage Chanel lambskin flap for color fading and change in texture. They took care of the color fading but the change in texture is really not something they can fix. It results from the use of cleaners on the supple leather that changes the texture.
I am confused. Did they handle your bag badly or? I do not understand the title of your video. Did you send them your bag and they did a bag job or? Because if they didnt, the title of your video can be misleading and affect their business. I know you want views on your video, but this is not the right way.

Your bag looks in excellent condition. If it can't be seen with the naked eye then maybe you still wouldn't have be happy if they had done something with your bag. He spent a lot of time telling you why his company couldn't 'improve' your bag. Then you put up this with the word 'fail' next to his company. Totally unfair on your part. It wasn't as if you had sent the bag to them. I think you owe them an apology and should withdraw this piece.
