I take vit d supplements because my doctor told me to. I don't feel any different. And i broke 2 bones this year after starting to take them after never breaking any bones in my life.

A2 cow milk
Most American milk is fortified. Check the label. It is only 15% per serving though.
Animal milks and byproducts. Some plant based 'milks' are fortified.
600 IU per day is a sick joke. Adults need thousands of IU to reach ideal levels of 25-D.
If a yogurt has ~100iu, are you really going to eat 20~40 of the things? 🙄
