Yes, I've been eating everything on this list my entire adult life. This past year (at 59) I started slipping up on my diet and have slowly gained 15 lbs. There is so much misinformation overload on RUclips thats so conflicting. I had literally stopped eating oatmeal because everyone says it's too much carbs. I packed my breakfast and lunch this morning before watching this video and had decided to add oatmeal back in. My breakfast today is 1/3 cup oatmeal with berries and a tablespoon of chia seeds and 1/2 cup almond milk with two boiled eggs. Lunch is tuna with 1/2 cup cottage cheese (whole fat) 1/2 avocado and leafy greens. Dinner will be chicken done on the grill with veggies and brown rice. Thank you for this video!
I do smoothie : banana, frozen berries, mixed nuts, chia seeds, cacaoo powder, oats, teaspoon of honey and greek yogurt. First blend oats and nuts, put them aside. Then i put water and other things.. Put oats and nuts back in and its perfect 😊

Some great ideas ! I already use flax seed on everything, I run the seeds through a coffee bean machine, so it turns out like pepper, it has truly helped with my digestive system journey. Thanks for the knowledge about them and so many other foods ! 😃
Unless you have gastrid. the lemon juice is energizing but is acid on empty stomach? Its very similar to the stomach juice so basiclly you put 2x stomach juice (acid) so not good. For people with gastro problems I can recommend Olive oil 1 soup spoon on empty stomach.

@@albertnawab9211 I am 75 and have been doing great for 43 years with very little or sometimes 0 animal protein. I stayed on a plant only diet for 12 years. And my health was great. All whole plants are sources of protein. Mixing them together makes them better.

Flaxseed makes me bloating, I also try flaxseed drink but it’s same result. I guess it depends on your body.
