Just curious because we eat very similar choices but as I've tried alternative milks and yogurts after a few weeks on them I find they give me reflux which I never get from dairy. I love coconut and almonds but after a while they disagree with me which is frustrating because dairy is far more calorie dense.😔

For the scrambled eggs. Plz add mayo, ham, and cheese, it just taste better and it hurts my mind when I see someone eating plain scrambled egg sandwhich. Also if you want to do something different with it cut ham into little squares and mix it with the scrambled eggs, later make it a sandwhich if you want or just eat it as it is. Fried eggs too. Fried eggs over rice is good. Cut a hotdog in half fry it on the pan with nothing and eat it with your eggs. Two boiled eggs, put them in the water and let them sit there for 15-20 minutes. If you don't have yogurt just eat banana and straberry with honey on top if you want. Taste great.

Hi, don't know how I bomb into your video but you are just giving me the right vibes and inspiration in changing my diet to improve my allergies. please, where can I get the Quinoa crispbread (am allergic to bread or any food made from or with wheat ) and the coconut yogurt (good alternative since I don't take diary). Also, what do you think about mushroom as a substitute for egg and tofu? I was depressed for a few days when I found out I needed to eliminate some food.
