TURKISH (STYLE) EGGS
Yogurt:
200g Greek yogurt
1/3 garlic clove
1.5 tbsp. lemon
1 tbsp. fresh dill
salt
Eggs:
2/3 eggs
150g jarred red peppers
Butter:
30g butter
1 tsp. Aleppo pepper
¼ tsp. chilli flakes
PROTEIN PORRIDGE
½ cup / 45g oats (soak)
½ cup almond milk (add more if required)
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. protein powder of choice
Toppings (optional)
Honey
Bee pollen
Hemp seeds
Berries
TUNA FRITATTA
80g tuna
3 eggs
½ red onion
Salt & pepper
Toppings (optional)
Pesto
Rocket (arugula)
Cherry tomatoes
SCRAMBLE, PLANTAIN & GREENS

1/2 plantain
1 avocado
Tomatoes:

60g cottage cheese
Bread of choice
250g cherry tomatoes
250g butter beans
1-2 garlic cloves
Handful fresh basil
1 tbsp. dried oregano

I am from India and usually when i watch recipes from around the world they usually use ingredients that i can’t find here, or never uses spices (we all know Indians love spices xD) that would cater to our taste. But you did both and all the recipes seem doable for me which made me so happy; i am literally excited to try them all out, they look delicious. Thank you!

Omggggggg. I just made the eggs with yogurt 😮 . The only difference; I air fried a fresh red pepper coated in olive oil, garlic powder and oregano. TISSSSSSSHHHHHH, this recipe was a party in my mouth and so quick to prepare! Thank you. You are a part of my eating clean journey ❤ and you're making it less painful 😂

WAIT i kinda love this new filming style. i mean i love your voiceovers cause the pace is fast, but this feels more real, like were in a conversation, which makes it satisfying to watch :)
This is the first time that i see breakfast recipes that are easy to follow, no extra steps or any stuff that needs to be purchased months in advance. It sounds strange to say but those are normal recipes and that is not a given especially on channels that focus on health/nutrition. This gave you a new follower😊
These breakfast items are up my alley! Would definitely be making the Turkish Style Eggs, Cherry Tomato Garlic Butterbeans, and will try to adapt the Protein Porridge recipe. They all looked super delicious and nutritious! Excited to try! 😍

I would love to know what could i use instead of tomato?? I love the vibrant colour of tomatoes and their flavour but they don't love me that much... what would you suggest I could use?? I am a HUGE fan of savory oatmeal, it's the only way i eat oats. I made the first recipe with minor changes but keeping the concept of oatmeal porridge and eggs on top, it was DELICIOUS. THANK YOU 💛💛 I cooked everything in the same pot then added the eggs and covered with a lid to let them steam, it was so fulfilling, it felt good to make it and eat it. Knowing it will nourish my body just makes it better
I just tried the eggs! Sooo yummy. I pan friend fresh bell peppers in garlic powder and oregano. Also used coconut yoghurt + thyme + sunflower seeds. Thanks Tish! Will be my go-to breakfast recipe now.❤

I am huge fan of savoury breakfast since I grew up on it and love your recipe ideas. Now that I live in North America, I was surprised at the amount of sugar people eat first thing in the morning ( muffins, cereals) and would leave me hungry or just eating something else on the top of it. When you used tuna, it is a perfect way to incorporate protein into your meals. I use lot of times leftovers form the day before ( could be any kind of meat and sides) and incorporate it into my eggs, oatmeal or instant polenta.
I never actually make the recipes that I see on RUclips but I just got back from the store with the ingredients for the Turkish eggs dish! I’m gonna make it tomorrow morning. Love your conversational video style, and your food looks super yummy without being crazy difficult to make! Thanks!! 💗💗

like you know what? from this channel I always learn something, and it's always something simple but effective like yeah cook your beans with pesto from a jar! why not! I think I also saw here to mix basil pesto with yogurt for a fresh dipping sauce and I 'made' that for a party and everyone was complimenting me non stop and I was like 👀 I literally just mixed 2 store bought things. but so so effective and impactful! queen of working smart not hard

Didn't have roasted red peppers so I made my "Turkish eggs" with red onions and tuna. So so SO GOOD! Can't wait to try the other recipes!

I think it’s just people who have the time to make videos like this don’t have to work at 8 am. A majority of people have to work all day.

Will definitely be trying the cottage cheese/ bean combo, might use cannellini beans instead will see. I’ve tried Jason’s sourdough, the sprouted grain one is soo good. And love Riverford organic farmers, I use their online delivery service so thanks for reminding me to get some cottage cheese next time! Xx

I love breakfast but I like to eat it directly after cooking and I just don't have time for it in the mornings. So I have adopted eating breakfast for dinner sometimes and enjoy these meals. I am definitely adding the tuna frittata and the eggs with yogart to my list.
