    I got my gallbladder removed 2 years ago and did not change my eating habits. I wished I found your recipes earlier! They've really enhanced my life! I feel amazing and nourished! I didn't think eating healthy would be so delicious and stratifying! Thank you so much and please continue make this material!

      I don’t have a gallbladder either and always have digestive issues. If you don’t mind can you share some tips and info that have helped you? Is it true dairy is bad for us now? Would really appreciate any info doctors don’t seem to help. Thank you!

    didn't have any pesto for the chickpea eggs so I used harissa and dried herbs with a pinch of sugar to balance the heat, and a big squeeze of lemon juice to finish....when I tell you MY EYES ROLLED BACK IN MY HEAD!! Pure joy on a plate. Thank you for these imaginative, delicious and totally do-able recipes 💖

    The fourth one, the noodel soup is the love of my hearth! 🥰 I love to make currys, soups, buddha bowls and warm veggie salads for breakfast. The soup you mentioned is calling my name, I use to make so many similars to this one, packed with other nurishing flavorings such as: turmeric, gochujang, home made curry pastes, sesame oil, fresh cilantro and all the asian goodies. I'd love to see more breakfast or savory dish ideas, together with some "what I ate today" videos! 😍😋 Obsessed with your stlye, all the exciting and flavourful recipes! ❤

    Thank you so much for these creative, nourishing recipes! I love cooking but am not an early bird--with a new early day commute I need any inspo I can get to take the time to eat a full breakfast in the morning! I especially love the out-of-the-box ideas like the soup for breakfast--helps me realize how creative and fun breakfast can be! I'll definitely be trying these, and please share more!! I'd love to see a what I eat in a day/week video :)

    I'm a huge fan of the channel and I've done soooo many of your recipes (the carrot hummus is my go-to whenever I have a party coming up), but girl, as a butter-on-toast person in the morning these breakfasts are making my stomach dance lol I'll definitely be trying them for lunch tho! Great vid as always, and love your energy

    As a Puerto Rican I have never thought of putting plantains in pancakes but now I'm super intrigued! Everything looked SO delicious. I'm definitely a fan of the broth bowl you made; I'll be trying that out as well. I usually do a rice noodle ramen type of thing which is very similar, but I never thought of doing it for breakfast which is just silly. I might use a peanut satay sauce and some sriracha instead since that's what's in my fridge at the moment. Cheers!

      In Ghana there is a dish called Tatale which is essentially plantain pancakes. They are typically made savoury and can be eaten with beans!

    All the recipes looked delish, but the Chickpea Pesto Baked Eggs spoke to me. I always eat eggs for brunch, so this would be a good addition! Recently saw Turkish Eggs recipe too, so lots of good baked egg dishes to try out!

    the bone broth bowl looks so good! Since I work from home, I usually have breakfast a little later in the day and that's just the perfect cozy comfort thing to eat in the morning.

    You're a creative genius. I have a blend of fruit and seamoss almost daily for breakfast because I just haven't had much desire for cooked meals. Your meals are so vibrant and nourishing. Awesome 🎉

    When the plantain is super ripe, you can bake it inside of the peel and eat it like a baked sweet potato x

    I made the baked eggs this AM but used asparagus bc I didn’t have spinach and it was absolutely delicious! Not only that but it was fun to make and I love that it’s a one pot meal. Minimal cleanup!

    I made the first dish with sun-dried tomatoes and sun-dried tomato home made pesto and it was lovely! My mother loved it and so did I! Thank you so much for the help and inspiration ✨

    Wow I'm genuinely inspired and also impressed, because this wasn't as typical as most of these types of videos tend to be. Even just swapping one ingredient basically reinvigorated me haha.     Everything looks delicious. Fun fact overripe plantains can be eaten just like a ripe banana. You can also mash it with add a little flour and pinch of salt and vanilla and fry it, which we call fritter. Very delicious you should try it. I've never done it in a pancake, I'm going to give it a try 😊

    The way I ran over and click when I saw you posted a new video. As always they all look delicious but that first recipe omg looks so delicious, I love mushrooms and pesto. I don't eat eggs, or dairy much but I'm gonna make an exception for this recipe. I'll be making the blueberry porridge as well. Thanks for sharing

    i usually use two eggs but ngl 3 is satisfying, that’s for when i feel fancy
    also ur first reciped reminds me of chakchukas it looks so good. it’s the type of recipes that are perfect for a brunch. i should make it but im too lazy 😭for me it’s like a meal!
    u MUST have it with bread 😋

    Im not a breakfast person at all, I just drink coffee and eat a bagel if Im hungry. But I love this first one. I think swiss chard would probably be good too instead of spinach and sesame oil instead of olive oil…? 🤔

    I love the pancake, the noodles and the porridge. I never thought about making it with brown rice. Love the new perspective you gave me for that. I am a big fan of porridge. I usually do burglar porridge. ❤️ 💙 💜

    I’ve had the oatmeal recipe three times in a row so far, so delicious. I added cardamom instead of the other spices and some sugar.

      Baked until egg white is no longer clear. 180c temp. I like my yolks runny so remove after about 7/8 mins

      I wash. I know you’re suppose to wipe them! But sometimes wiping just isn’t enough for me 🙈

    I LOVE plantains! I like to chop them, roast them in the oven and eat them with a sate sauce
