    Makhana helps to loose weight if you take it own it’s own but when you put it in milk and badaam and chawaray then you put weight on.🙄 I have tried this and I put weight on like crazy. Milk, khajoor, badaam, mishery, all help to put weight on. 🤷‍♀️
