This made my body so happy! I didn't workout at all for the last couple of months because of my new internship and it was summer here in India. And I could see the changes in my body and how tightly strung it was. And I knew I had to come back to this channel. This workout was a little tough but I did it. And you can too! Please take care of your body.

guuurl one should seriously consider warming up the wrists before all these push-ups, i thought i'd break mine hahah ! i'm strong alright, but i carry some weight and cannot have all my upper body weight on my little wrist bones without having them well warmed up just a tip for y'all yogis out there ! ;)

As someone who does this for recovery from powerlifting, I love how you don’t leave out shoulder movements and the intensity is perfect.

Day 1- I did not expect it to be this challenging. I struggled every minute even though I do your other videos almost daily.
This was wonderful. Even though I couldn't do it in the morning,I completed this in the evening after work.
