Dear Boho Beautiful, please make a video about neck and shoulders stretching. Especially neck. They say if your neck muscles are relaxed your face looks younger, more lifted. Also, it helps to get rid of the morning face puffiness (neck muscles help lymph movement). We spend so much time at the computer that neck muscles are under constant load. This seems to be Chandra Namasker which is an evening flow. It is supposed to cool one down
