- Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We are now on Day 5 of our ATEEZ : BE THE LIGHT CHALLENGE. You will be doing an ab tabata workout that has standing and mat exercises. This is a great lower intensity workout after several days of higher intensity. However, don't be fooled, your abs will still be burning 🔥 There will be two options to choose from. You can do the mat version or use the chair if you have limited mobility. This workout will leave you sore for sure!

Day 5 is here! This workout is intended to be a more lower intensity workout after everything you’ve done for the past 4 days and it serves as a little bit of an active recovery before you try to tackle 8k steps tomorrow 🥵
However, go as hard and fast on these moves as you want! You can follow my speed during the 20 seconds of work or go at your own speed. Just make sure to focus on having good form. Hope you love it! ❤

I'll be honest, abs have never been my cup of tea. However, this workout passed by surprisingly quickly. This the most fun I've had while exercising in a very long time! Thank you Jen. God bless your beautiful soul❤❤

Thank you for this! I really appreciate this shorter workout, because while I can of course end the longer ones if I feel like it has been enough for that day for me personally, there is something in the feeling of accomplishments that comes from completing the whole workout video^^
At the moment 20-30 min workouts are something I can fit into my schedule and also they suit my fitness level, so this was perfec in that sense. Also loved the song choises, this workout in particular made me smile a lot, tho I like and appreciete your other ones as well!

Si te detienes a ver la descripción, vas a ver que este es el quinto workout de una semana de ejercicios, eso quiere decir que tiene una más baja intensidad que se enfoca en abs. Será tu parecer pero qué ganas de compartir ese comentario negativo que no aporta en nada, se nota que no leíste ni la descripción 😕 (yo terminé sudando y amé :) ❤)
Mirá yo no entiendo si no te gusta lo que hace Jen es muy simple mirá otro canal y listo es más facíl y no tenés que decir todo el tiempo que no te gusta. A mi me sirvió y yo la sigo desde el 2020 por algo será no 🤔
I pair mine with one of her 30 minute cardio blasters 😘 if you're needing a more intense workout, you can always pair it with one of her other ones, or go somewhere else 🙅🏼♀️
