10 Minute SQUAT CHALLENGE | at Home Workout

- Hello everyone!
Here is a quick 10 minute squat challenge for you to follow along if you are wanting to target your thighs, hamstrings and glutes!
No equipment needed!
When performing squats, keep your chest up and push heels into ground when coming up. If you are wider in stance with feet, try to focus on squeezing your glutes throughout!
You could do this alongside other workouts or even complete an ab workout after and return to another set of this squat challenge!

Caroline, I am just getting back into the groove of working out and found you!! I have started at your oldest video & I am working my way through & now starting this one today (although I can still barely walk from the last lower body workout!) So if I continue to just work through all your videos, 1 video per day, is that sufficient since some videos are 10 minutes and some are 30min-1hr? Or should I add another workout with the 10 minute ones? I don't think I'm quite ready for the intensity of Epic yet haha hoping this will build me up to get there.
