Yeah I’ve been at loto and the majority of brokers are about flexing boats instead of captaining, I’m amazed but you need to understand that these lake people are more easily to convince since they never have been in a rough water and never been around 5-6 footers 😂( I’m from Puerto Rico and owned a 24 and 28 pantera)
:34 Still looking for those "8-9 foot swells" you mentioned you would be taking it through. All I saw was some wind chop and small boat wake.

I grew up in the Virgin Islands where 8-9' swells are not rare at all. I am not familiar with lake of the Ozarks enough to say what size swell they can get. When dude says they are going to test in the same waters he was saying people say don't go out in... I thought that's what we were going to see.

Having owned a cat and several V bottoms, I’m in Fl and go to the Gulf and Atlantic we go to Key West and Bahamas, I way prefer the V bottoms all day everyday. Better ride more room comfort. The cat does get a few more mph but in rougher water that goes away. MTI great boat. The new Cigarettes new owners look amazing. Nor Tech they build them local here to me in SW Fl Cape Coral are great boats high quality. I’m possibly going after new center console my short list is Cigarette, MTI and Nor Tech. I like Midnight express but hear bad customer service? Keep posting great content

The MTI is just beautiful. The Fountain before tax, would be 5,000/month for 20 years. That’s a tough pill for the regular buyer.

I’m not sure about that. I’ve never been in a cat. But they looked awfully comfortable for the 4th. I was on that lake on the 4th. It was terrrible out there. I was in a 33ft Monterey which is a deep V. We bounced so much my back and legs were sore. We only went about 40

My son in law has an older Fountain, 35 ft with two turbo charged Chevy's under the hood. It will run over 100 but what's the purpose. Ruff as hell like this money bucket. To each his own.

This is how you know that Fountain is no longer run by Reggie. Because he would never ok a cat he hated cats because one of his good racing buddies died in a cat and he said that he would never produce a cat.
