I honest to God could not understand what it is like to go through it, I know it will always happen and hopefully they are in a much much better place then here. Knowing that possibility definitely makes it easy. Unfortunately nothing can take away the pain of the loss of someone so close, only time, and grieving in your own way. I've seen coast guard inflatables with four 300hp outboards on them. Fin might get away at first but they won't be far behind!

When Cleeter started sawing at the wheel I was like OH SHIT!! NO!!! I thought he was gonna flip the thing and I think so did Finnegan. I was amazed how calmly Finnegan handled it. He obviously has tons of money and years of sweat in that boat. Most dudes would never let someone else (with no boating experience) drive a boat like this! This just shows what cool guy Finnegan is! Great collaboration!
Plus you have to think about the fact that cleetus has a lot of cars that have garbage alignments so he might've thought it was fine but he honestly did a good job getting it back together after that

That is insane. We had a 454 big block with a dual holly tunnel ram on a 20 ft get boat in the early 80 and I though that was crazy. Them twin turbos sound amazing.

They'll introduce you to things you never even knew existed, and do things you never knew you were allowed to do. Blue collar guys are into the same stuff we are, just better, faster, stronger versions of them.

Sooo, love your channel. Big fan of jet boats. Had a 78 Miller but not near as fast as yours. Dumb question back when I had mine they said jets couldn't turn over 53-5400 ram. How many Rs are u turning and what's different?

Lol, Mike just about shat himself when the boat started yawing a little.
Yawing isn't necessarily the issue, it's the direction of movement vs the yaw angle, and the speed of the yaw. Fish tailing in the water at speed isn't good, and drifting/donuts in the water at speed is a recipe for rapid occupant ejection and potential watercraft deconstruction.

Dang, I'm in the mancave, Nov 20fuctup21, and pucker factor extremely high just watching this. Been fast every way but on water. 60 or 70mph felt like 120- 130. Was just watching the blown hydrostatic, I think, yesterday and seems like they were doin over 300. Must have flotation balls of steel. Great vid shots.

He's not joking, I got tossed out of my hydrastream doing a little over 60 when the steering cable let loose. I can assure you that it's not something you want to experience 😂 and the dislocated shoulder isn't what I was talking about 😲. On another note I'm surprised he's got cable steering.

A lot of people don't realize driving on water is closer to flying a plane than driving a car (actually, could say it would be somewhat close to driving a car with rear wheel steering only). Turning is about momentum and hull angle/water drag.
yeah, way way way too much steering action, he should have watched finnegan's operation more, but just weight difference between them and changing seats makes a huge difference.
