Believers in Christ, on the other hand, are not judged by the books of works, but their names are found written in another book: the “Lamb’s Book of Life” (Revelation 21:27). These are the ones who have believed on the Lord Jesus, and they alone will be allowed to enter heaven. 🔴 The key to understanding this is the Lamb’s Book of Life. Anyone whose name is written in this book was “saved before the foundation of the world” (Ephesians 1:4) by God’s sovereign saving grace to be part of His Son’s bride, the church of Jesus Christ. These people need no “second chance” at salvation because their salvation has been secured by Christ. He chose us, He saved us, and He will keep us saved. Nothing can separate us from Christ (Romans 8:39). Those for whom He died will be saved because Lord Jesus will see to it. He declared “all that the Father has given Me will come to Me” (John 6:37), and “I give to them eternal life, and they shall never ever perish, and not anyone shall pluck them out of My hand” (John 10:28). For believers, there is no need for a second chance because the first chance is sufficient. 🔴 In Philippians 2:10-11 we have this testimony: “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” One day, everyone will bow before Lord Jesus and recognize that He is The Lord and The Savior. At that point, though, it will be too late for salvation. But when you don't wanna deal with it an invisible, reliable car like a 90s Maxima is like a vacation. Not worried about anything that breaks that would be expensive to fix, scraping a low and fragile front splitter on a slight incline, door dings etc.

It wasn't TOO bad. It was basically all front end damage off to the passenger quarter. It seems like it hit a tire wall during a track day. There were Daytona track day passes and stickers on and inside the car. It was a real Speedster too. Very nice car.
Peter Bjork did a really cool walk-around at Copart Middle East about a year ago ("Crashed Dubai Cars! Looking for Projects!"), also a very interesting glimpse into the kind of vehicles that find their way to these locations.
It made me smile so much seeing you freak out on the Maxima. My first car was a 96 maxima se, loved the thing. I would have gotten excited too seeing it.
That is a 911 Speedster and it is NOT a 964! This 1989 speedster is a 911. The 964 had the newer more intergrated bumpers. This Speedtser has the same bumpers that were used all the way back to 1974. Porsche did make a 964 Speedster but this is not one. The bumpers are the dead give away.
I would love to see an old W123 build, maybe with the AMG V8 swap as that's a possibility with them. Just to make it sweet, and give it some modern touches. They are such a cool car.
He wants to shift his driving experience into a higher gear... literally. Putting a classic twist on a modern masterpiece such as the Aventador is something I always wanted to see. It will definitely bring back some of the raw, analog driving feel reminiscent of the older Lamborghini models like the Murciélago. It would definitely add a nostalgic touch to the driving experience.
@@vehicles_n_stuff But can the software in the controllers be hacked so it works without the dashboard lighting up like a christmas tree? As far as I remember this is the problem with his SL. He has at least one transmission which is used by some with this engine, but he wants to build in in a way that all the computers work. P.S.: I'm not complaining about the unfinished SL :D I understand that he wants it done right without compromises.

Ok, not to be THAT Porsche guy, but if this is a 1989 speedster, it's not a 930 because it doesn't have a turbo. The community would either call it a G50, or an m491 depending on whether it was a turbo-look car or a narrow body. It's hard to tell with the plastic on it, but I would guess this is a 3.2 m491 car, if it's legit. But I do agree, calling every air cooled car a 964 or 993 is maddening.

That may very well be an original speedster, the speedsters still had soft tops and you see the amazing humps when you take the softop off! Also it’s not a 964, it’s still the Orignal 911 shape which this was the last of them right before the 964 came out!!

I had a black on black '95 Maxima SE 5-speed. Super fun to drive...when it wasn't being an electrical basket case. Someone installed a Viper alarm on it back in the day and it eventually totally killed the car.
Scince you still have a P1 project in progress, I think Porsche is a better choise. Building a Lambo would end up the same as Noble, wich is Jack building now. I'm going with 964
I would keep it AWD because that’s what they’re known for the AWD system and the brutal launches but I personally like those and the Automatic Transmission with the Paddle shifters

Not a 964 nor a 993 but a 1989 Carrera (G-body 2). The 964 came later in the year 1989, but this is obviously not a 964.

was thinking the same thing. an SL with a proper manual would be absolutely sick - but I'm sure this is a complete pain with all the MB locked down software. MB should open this up for the community.

It wasn't TOO bad. It was basically all front end damage off to the passenger quarter. It seems like it hit a tire wall during a track day. There were Daytona track day passes and stickers on and inside the car. It was a real Speedster too. Very nice car.

That is a 911 Speedster and it is NOT a 964! This 1989 speedster is a 911. The 964 had the newer more intergrated bumpers. This Speedtser has the same bumpers that were used all the way back to 1974. Porsche did make a 964 Speedster but this is not one. The bumpers are the dead give away.
So it's basically a G-series/930 blended with some 964? Or is it all 930?
911 is the model, 993/964/930 are generations. This is a 930 911.

He wants to shift his driving experience into a higher gear... literally. Putting a classic twist on a modern masterpiece such as the Aventador is something I always wanted to see. It will definitely bring back some of the raw, analog driving feel reminiscent of the older Lamborghini models like the Murciélago. It would definitely add a nostalgic touch to the driving experience.
manual is the way to go I swapped my golf mk5 from dsg to manual and it drives like a dream!

It has the older style single clutch gearbox so it probably wouldn’t be too terribly hard, seeing as you can convert a Murci with one.
@@vehicles_n_stuff But can the software in the controllers be hacked so it works without the dashboard lighting up like a christmas tree? As far as I remember this is the problem with his SL. He has at least one transmission which is used by some with this engine, but he wants to build in in a way that all the computers work.
P.S.: I'm not complaining about the unfinished SL :D I understand that he wants it done right without compromises.
@@VolkerHett I’m sure it’s doable, as long as you can find someone who knows how to reprogram it. I’d bet the software is similar to that in the Murci, and I’m pretty sure those have been converted before.

The Porsche is a 930 for the love of god! That dude thinking its a 993/964 needs to STOP.
Ok, not to be THAT Porsche guy, but if this is a 1989 speedster, it's not a 930 because it doesn't have a turbo. The community would either call it a G50, or an m491 depending on whether it was a turbo-look car or a narrow body. It's hard to tell with the plastic on it, but I would guess this is a 3.2 m491 car, if it's legit.
But I do agree, calling every air cooled car a 964 or 993 is maddening.
I'm afraid you aren't correct either...

That may very well be an original speedster, the speedsters still had soft tops and you see the amazing humps when you take the softop off!
Also it’s not a 964, it’s still the Orignal 911 shape which this was the last of them right before the 964 came out!!

Hope you buy that Maxima, Freddy! A 4th gen Maxima was my first car too and it would would be awesome to see something cool done with it. There is no way one could find one that clean in Canada. Practice doing a manual conversion on this one, and then you can do it on an Aventador.

I had a black on black '95 Maxima SE 5-speed. Super fun to drive...when it wasn't being an electrical basket case. Someone installed a Viper alarm on it back in the day and it eventually totally killed the car.

Buy the Maxima, clean it up, mod it slightly, and give away to a beginner driver at a charity event!

I would keep it AWD because that’s what they’re known for the AWD system and the brutal launches but I personally like those and the Automatic Transmission with the Paddle shifters
