Nice work great marketing!
Freddie, take the car to a Lambo service and have a list prepared by authorized people. Also instead of converting the car to stock, buy an ultra wide bodykit which is aftermarket and has very good fitment while the car is still a skeleton. One of the best of them is Duke Dynamics. A fully carbon Duke Dynamics bodykit with Aventnodoor looks much better than a stock Aventador. I also think the cost will be much cheaper..

If it's not reported, there's no way for them to know, hard to hold them guilty for that. I deal with people whining about the same thing with CarFax... it's better than nothing.
My issues is the very people selling it as a solution are the ones in previous videos have clearly shown it is NOT a 100% solution, it guarantees nothing and can give you a false sense of security by how they portray car vertical when they are being paid by them for sponsorship of the video. I’d have no issue if they explained it isn’t 100%, it isn’t a guarantee it’s not been in an accident - BUT THEY NEVER DO WHEN ON THE CAR VERTICAL PAY ROLL. That lowers their trustworthiness IMHO, oh and also when they jump at taking the Better Help bucks too
@GazGaryGazza fair enough. I work in insurance and see this all the time. Car Vertical relies on their phrasing it as "check to see if any information or photos have been REPORTED". They are only confirming if reports were made, not if the vehicle has had any damage, title, theft, etc.

Moral of the story is that a Lamborghini is just a ton of Audi and Ford parts, slapped together onto a pretty decent engine. How a plastic bumper comes down to 12k is beyond my understanding
All the design work and all of the mold making and storage costs the same whether they make 3 million of them for worldwide distribution or maybe a few hundred for the customers that might need one. They either need to workarehouse them or to pull the molds out and make them as a one-off when they get an order a couple of time a year.
I swear Freddy, your repair shop is a rehabilitation center for beaten and abused rare cars. Your showroom is definitely sanctuary for the recovered. 😂. If anyone should have a Sarah McLachlan PSA commercial, it’s you Bro! 😅❤
Bro, a Aventador S with like 5-10k miles clean tittle price goes for 400-450k. A rebuilt / salvage tittle car usually automatically cuts the price of that resale price in half. The math ain’t mathin 🤔
If you have the computer model of that wing, it's not that hard to 3D print it in chunks using Luban which breaks it up automatically into pieces that fit on a given printer size. Then you just glue/plastic weld it all together and you can make molds in fiberglass and even do it in carbon. Chris @bisforbuild is doing this type of thing right now on his channel. You could even get someone to do it and then pretend it's a real one, I have ideas.

You guys are missing 10's of thousands of dollars in brackets, hardware, clips, fasteners, door hinges, window tracks and run channels, front and rear bumper harnesses, park sensors, etc...
Check with the GoonSquad and see if they have any parts left over from their build. They had a SV that they converted to a SVJ and they are going back to stock SV. They might have some extra parts available.
I looked around online at some parts and to be honest with you. You can buy a full rebody kit like stradmans Aventador or similar in a full carbon body replacement for 80K-110K thats the entire body than lights are 13K rears 7K
At those prices I'd look for aftermarket fiberglass or even better Carbon fiber. See if you can get someone to 3D print a mold or the pieces themselves.
I was watching another channel fast by mat, and he did a video about 3d printing his own parts, I thought it might be worth a look and might save you a ton of money
39:32 notice they NEVER include the labour costs....If they're into this car for $180K cash, NO labour, that's worth it. Now add in 3x $50/hr x 1000 hrs. That's only 10 wks at 40 hrs per week.
Buy a flood damaged car and get all the structural and body parts from that. On thing to consider is you are still gonna need all the modules and those will have to be coded to the car most likely by the dealer

Just to make you feel worse, a whole fully working Aventador in the UK is like 140k. Probably would have been cheaper just to buy one, take it apart, ship it and use the parts!
You guys are missing 10's of thousands of dollars in brackets, hardware, clips, fasteners, door hinges, window tracks and run channels, front and rear bumper harnesses, park sensors, etc...
I'd bet ECPS Group in Poland probably has most of the parts.
1st the Gallardo, then the Murcielago, now the Aventador! Soo awesome. Love it.
Check with the GoonSquad and see if they have any parts left over from their build. They had a SV that they converted to a SVJ and they are going back to stock SV. They might have some extra parts available.
Great video, thank you for showing me the beautiful scenery of the country you live in❤❤
It will be nice to see something completely finished for a change !!!!!
No matter what Rex and Jack say, you NEED that rear frame Freddy otherwise it would be difficult to put on the rest of the body panels for the rear
I looked around online at some parts and to be honest with you. You can buy a full rebody kit like stradmans Aventador or similar in a full carbon body replacement for 80K-110K thats the entire body than lights are 13K rears 7K
Definitely look into any parts that the Aventador shares with Audis especially for the interior. You can save a lot of money this way.
Tavarish ...thanks great information to realize what its out there
I love watching rich people loose their shirts on ego projects. Hope the sellers all made a huge profit on your vanity project.
sellers... charge an extra 30% on this stuff to these influencers. They'll pay it for the views. Milk that cow....
Love from Finland!
u can get a bumper from liberty walk
it's 8.5k usd
and maybe look at some other parts as well
For the roadster you need special front tub for the roof they have a special mechanism to latching the roof to
Goonzquad have a full rear end and shell 👍
Tavarish always says that he's broke, until the next video where he buys new car
All those parts and the shipping costs, you should do a mini tour of europe and put then in a container direct to palm tree land
39:32 notice they NEVER include the labour costs....If they're into this car for $180K cash, NO labour, that's worth it. Now add in 3x $50/hr x 1000 hrs. That's only 10 wks at 40 hrs per week.
25 weeks, not 10.
@@carlosfsr5377 40 hrs per week x 10 wks x 3 people = 1200 hours.
Buy a flood damaged car and get all the structural and body parts from that. On thing to consider is you are still gonna need all the modules and those will have to be coded to the car most likely by the dealer
One of these days, I would love to watch one of these "parts cars" get parted out and show what they got off ebay. I get it... We want to see the car live again... Just want to watch that episode. 🤷♂️
Like I said in the previous videos comments, He could always buy a Kit car body and just use it on his car ! I mean it IS a complete body so all he would have to do with it is BOLT it on ! Honestly it would be the easiest AND cheapest route !
Lots of Parts on Ebay UK could be another MA Part smuggling trip, also Goonzquad did an SVJ a while back that they swapped loads of parts on if they have anything left..
Now that Grand Tour is officially over we need Car Trek to return!!!
Don't forget you still need wheels, as you have to return the ones currently on there... just to add to the cost.
Hey 2V... I think you missed one critical figure in your ESTIMATE ... what happens to the team ? working their blood, sweat, and fervor must add at least 50% yeah, or are you all moving around the project for FREE ? Love the show, especially when I play it with 125% speed replay 🎉😂😅😊
Body panel is an exterior panel, structural internal pieces are 'FRAME' items
35:59 now you know why there are no body panels on it....they were worth 2x as much as the car.
this is why Vtuned got into breaking cars and selling the parts: more $$ in them.
The beginning of this was absolutely painful... how many times can you hash out that it is JUST THE BODY PARTS..?
