Im sure you've seen one in a picture, red with gold trim and a radar arch rockin twin 572's built by Teague Custom Marine. I was 9 years old in the drivers seat doing 90mph. That did it, fast boats are in my blood for life. Owned several fast boats over the years but not a Fountain yet but its on my list. Happy to see you're making your dreams come true
The Ozarks is so dirty this time of year. You have to watch your cooling systems real close. Mine was already clogged this year. We will be down this weekend too, 28 mm just across the channel from Margaritaville. Have fun! Be safe its crazy on holidays.
Justin, years ago, my friend bought a 35' Fountain Lighting, and I built two Merlin 572's for it, and I know what it feels like going over 70 MPH on water and feels like your doing 150MPH. Thank you for your Streetcar events. BTW: Sorry, my son had to take you out in the semi-finals a couple of years back @ US 131 with the silver SVO. Honestly, we showed up just to do some testing on a brand new engine combo and ended up winning the event.
A bill has been introduced in the Missouri legislation to curb the power boats at LOZ. There are too many boats that need to be on the ocean, not a lake.

how do you like the left handed controls? Reggie is left handed and that is why all Fountains have them. I had a 29 fever and hated the left hand controls. Awesome hulls though and flew straight when leaving the water.

Have a 42 fountain just like yours but I have 2x the HP in 1 engine than both yours have a set of 560bbc with 1071 blowers all fresh and ready to go range from 70 to 100 mph with the correct props
I actually love the all white maybe do a few accent graphics/ keep it period correct maybe some old school airbrushing something simple and subtle can go along ways
The Lake of O is huge, but it's busy and to me this is overkill on that lake. This is meant for wide open water with far less traffic, and especially people swimming and on jet skis. That lake is fun, but it's also among the most dangerous in part due to huge boats + booze + morons.
Small piece of advice ... leave the analog gauges and mechanical dash alone ..... going to a big screen is a BIG MISTAKE. That dash will last another 20 years plus .... screen dash has very limited life, hard to read in direct sunlight, impossible to repair.
Sound system yeah just keep adding weight slowing it down it would be a shame if a smaller performance boat came passed you... like you were tied to the dock
no such thing as an Exhaust water pump, maybe you mean the raw water pump?? you have two of them. one on each motor, they're in the belt drive area. should be doing and annual before you put that in the water anyways idk Im just a Boat Tech in Havasu
I have yet to see one of these f'n power boats make it more than 2 consecutive trips out on the water without some bullshit issue that either anchors your ass or sends you home lol. Damn boats!!

No , 42 ft is not standard at loto.yes there are some but 28-32 ft is the standard .there are a lot of submerged logs and debris at lake of the Ozarks,and one day when you hit one going that fast I promise you it won't be good.

My old 48' cheoy lee has taken me around the world without much going wrong. I think I will keep on keeping on.
