I've seen boats/ships being built when I lived along the coast of Maine for 20 years, but nothing like this, no. This technology and these techniques are truly industry changing. Great video, gents.
Yep! My uncle used to make boats and taught me how as well! I'm currently building the molds for a 100% carbon fiber bed for my OBS Chevy 1500. Removable bedsides, the actual bed itself, and a tailgate. Gonna have Aluminum plates laminated in at certain mounting locations for strength and to tap threads into for bolts!
I'm the guy spraying in the paint booth. Painted the Hull on your boat also. Too bad I missed you guys on the walk through. Was a big fan of twin turbos when it was on discovery.
You hit the nail on the head @Brad !! That drop top tower is 100% “GameChanger”!! WOW!! Congrats to you and your family young man!! Stay Blessed for sure!!
@9:27 Brad kifes a keepsake. 🤣 That pleading look you gave Amy afterward was priceless. Awesome video, guys. I've been in plenty of boat and shipyards in Maine and the high tech ones I visited were many years ago, so nothing compared with this operation. This blows my mind.
I havent seen any coments about it. But can we just all agree that Amy did a VERY well job of explaining the whole build process. She really knows her stuff! They picked the right person to do the tour with.
I painted your tower for your boat I work for roswell marine who manufactures those towers had special wiring for you and tagged with your name pretty awesome to see
For sure! Was really cool to walk by the finished assembled tower with a big label saying it was for you I did a double take like wait I watch him on RUclips! There’s a lot of parts that make up that tower
I hope you workers have good insurance. When they were laying mat, there was littler no eye protection. Also, throughout the factory there should be more use of high-grade respiratory. I wouldn’t be using those cheap cartridge style ones. I’d have the hoods that had the fourth stare, sorry for your future health problems. Fiberglass is deadly on the lungs.
Well, it's got to be said I'M NOT MEXICAN, but if it wasn't for our Mexican brothers, this shit wouldn't even get out of the 1st stage. Q VIVA MEXICO 🇲🇽 PUÑETA. So all of you better represent la Raza 🇲🇽.
How about hiring Americans you idiot. You sound like you spend a lot of time on Latin grinder. We don’t give a shit how you feel about itchy Mexicans in condom suits.
The boat is beautiful but you may hate the black. On the interior in the sun the black will be lava. Even though my favorite mix the black and brown not best for the sun. Enjoy. Super nice
I always wondered how ski boats were built. The thing that really impresses me the most is that the company is owned and run by people with a good moral foundation.
I know man it’s pretty rad. I was caught off guard when they asked me if I wanted to join just because I’ve never seen a company do that it was awesome
When you have a company that takes pride in there work & hires good people & take care of them . I've done all the molds , gel coat , glass work before at the Ferrari race team & very familiar with upholstery, there doing a great job & its a lot ! A lot of work . I'm guessing about $400 k for these . It gonna look sick . Too be wealthy!!!!! Hmmm I'll never know , I just know happy .
Thanks for representing us crazy Jesus people. You guys can speak about the lord. You represent our creator and you show the world who really cares. Without Jesus we have no reference.
Thank you for bring8ng us along! Freakin awesome! It’s so nice to see you and your dad so excited to get this boat! You talked about how they were excited along side you guys, it’s nice to see just how excited a normal father and son team get excited over a boat!!
This is a Cool process!! Check out some of the builders that vacuum bag the fiberglass. That is truly another process in itself! Either way, Each process are cool!
You didn’t go over the engine for your boat. I’m sure you’re not sticking to a 450hp naturally aspirated 5.3. Please tell us you are going supercharged
Doesn't look like you could even do a push-up... how the hell you gonna pull yourself out of the water let alone get outside the wake to jump it? Your diet consists of soylent doesn't it?
Omg I cannot wait till it gets here at lake Norman North Carolina!!! It’s on its way😳yipeee my grandsons are gonna crap there pants when they see this beast! 😮go Deberti thank you for this! 💕💕💕 blessings to both Doug and you 🎉
I have always liked Centurion Boats - but seeing the build process has amplified my appreciation for this machines - long ways from my 2004 wakesetter lol
That’s amazing. Yall don’t forget to comment and like so more people can witness the process, I know atleast for me that was the most interesting video I’ve seen in a long time lmao, my face was the same as Doug’s just 😮
17 times......lol Q. and now you show God. I hope he reaches out to you (GenFlynn). Local action has National impact. same as local and global. But im sure you know this...lol. God Bless you guys. Save America = Save the world.

Nice looking boats, but build out of the cheapest and weakest materials in fiberglas work, makes it very heavy and slow. You have obviously no clue about boat building.
All looks pretty much the same as every other fiberglass factory, been in the game for about 30 years. The wax is not actually why a part releases from a mould, a fresh mould has to be sanded in grades all the way down to 15 micron wet and dry, then buffed, then sealed and finally waxed, essentially the wax maintains the shine and actually helps to hold the gelcoat on the surface until the glass reinforces it, spray on release agents are used here in Aus these days, easier to use and less labour time equals less cost, one 60ft mould can be done in less than an hour, 2 coats.
I’m very surprise you have a black boat and live in North Carolina. It has the potential to be absolutely miserable during the summer with the heat and humidity we have around here.
Let's not ever feel bad if these guys complain about the cost if anything. People that can afford this sorta stuff have no right to ever bitch or moan.
Love the boat, love the videos but isnt an all black boat be HORRIBLE in the sun?!? You wont even be able to sit down in the middle of a summer day....
Years ago when they built specialized boats for Barefoot Waterskiing I skied behind them in Tournaments. They build nice quality boats.Thes boat manufacturers have really upped their game these days especially on the interior. Have you seen Dave Sparks Pavati boat?
Such a great company and an amazing product! So glad I found your channel too!! I was a big fan of your show. Congrats on all your success. I’m following now. Maybe if you haven’t lately give us a life update vid? Are you still racing? God bless you guys!
Great factory, great design, great product and a beautiful boat. But it seems like “American Made” as is said in the video is actually “Made” with all Hispanic labor. It seemed like they didn’t want to show the workers at all, and the ones they did show and interact with were all of Hispanic decent. Not to be a beginner Negative Nancy but prove me wrong?
I don't know how many of you have touched a black surface that's been out in the sun but I recommend wearing a fire suit and gloves when operating this boat
Your boàt is sick as Heck, badass and, heack of beautiful just like Amie , God bless you all much love and respect from the Bay area California Larry vanbrunt Jr.
Anyone ever see a process like this? We were blown away!
Need to see a side by side comparison and side by side use of these and a Pavadi

Hey bud I know you commented a few times now, thanks so much for the support and no problem!
Custom ordered my Ri245 last year. I love it!
That’s so awesome!! Love that they keep God first!! Awesome you even talked about it!!
Hi looking at this reminded me of my first job in Australia In 1975 I worked part-time at Cordingly surfboards, totally relatable
Thanks for stopping by the factory!!! It was great to have you here.
It was such a great experience for us and all that saw the process!! Thank you very much!! can't wait to see it again!!
I enjoyed seeing some of the build methods & processes. The Unique one-off features were very nice.

Man I have to say I am very impressed that these guys include their faith in their business, it is a way of life. Jesus Christ is King!!!
the lessons are there if we look closer. kindness. hard work. accepting another as one of our own.
If i could afford it. They had me at Bible study. That explains the pride and attention to detail they take in their work.

We talked about it but honestly with the NA it burns so much less fuel and you really don’t see crazy speeds with these types of boats
Still like the all aluminum wake board boats like heavyD has. But those are 500,000$+ so that's like another level

The definition of “Made in America”! Handmade in a factory, in the United States, by a bunch of Mexican guys
Oh, they're not US citizens? I thought they might be.
What’s the difference?
The whole crew look like meticulous craftsman.

The definition of USA made….all Mexicans in the fiberglass building listening to Mariachi music lmaooo
They should put TRENZ on it!

It’s sooo much labor it’s nuts! Can’t wait to show y’all
Another over priced nondescript homogeneous plastic water blob .
Just keep those wave makers where they do no damage and make life miserable for the majority of us on the water.

For what you guys spend on that boat and a much better boat and it makes yours look like a joke you should go talk to the diesel Brothers
The intro is way way to long like just get to it already
I'd so love to own a Centurion! Better yet a Centurion dealership!!
Didn’t you guys just get a brand new boat like 4 months ago??
We sold her at the end of summer!

Every wake boat manufacturer does it this way!
