Today is bodyweight HIIT cardio workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! This workout consists of 14 cardio exercises grouped together in supersets of 2 exercises and we are working for 3 minutes straight for 8 reps of each exercise as many rounds as possible.
You don't need any equipment so grab your water and let's go! I also used my bench so grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!
I am in my 22nd week of pregnancy this week so you will see me modify some exercises when I need to but I always encourage you to turn up your intensity and dial it back when you need to!

2. Lateral Lunge Middle Hop lateral Lunge
3. Agility on and off mat
4. Forward and backwards agility over towel
5. Jumping jack Knee drive
6. 3 knee Drives and Switch
7. Lunge to squat
8. Burpee Squat to hand lift
9. Bench Knee driver Right
10. Bench Knee Driver left
11. Mountain Climbers
12. Bear Crawl Kick Throughs
13. Floor Tap Up and Over

All of us who are teachers totally understand pushing through when you are sick and staying up late prepping for the next day! Thanks for working so hard for us! Sydney was talking about wanting us to work on mobility…which has been my goal this year. I have been doing the linked stretches every day and what a difference I see. Just this week I said…Oh, hello toes! I have never been flexible so it was a very cool moment to be able to grab my toes and feet AND hold the stretch there! It is worth the extra 20 minutes!!!
Wasn't feeling it but I had seen your post the night before - How could I not give it may all after you filmed at 9:00pm after being sick all day. You truly show us dedication! You are amazing! So blessed to have found you 2 years ago. Glad you are feeling better.

P.S when I was pregnant my late night snack mistake was greek yogurt & strawberries. Had the same acid reflux that took me down for a day 😂 more more pizza & oranges I guess. Sending you love 💕 it happens to all of us

Sydney's no equipment cardios are what I really look forward to, dont mind doing the exercises in superset and the fact that she can jump even while pregnant is 🤯 makes me push myself on my low days. Also very glad she writes cardio instead of hiit, coz lot of youtubers mislead by naming cardios as hiits and they arent half as intense

This was a tough cardio workout! It felt so good to get a good sweat on before vacation! I can't believe Sydney did this workout after throwing up all day! Sydney, you truly are amazing! What would we do without you?! You motivate like no other trainer!
I didn't love this particular work out (hard for me to stay motivated doing the same exercises for three minutes), but I appreciated your attitude. I would love to see you do a weekly "from the vault" exercise...even if it just to give yourself a break and share with us some of your old favorites!!

I knew it is gona to be intense, 30 min cardio with Sydney it is always jam packed. So was this one! The struggle was real in some of those combos! After the step ups I was out of breath and wanted to just sit down for the rest of the workout. Kept going thus, my girl was 'virtually' with me pushing thru the reps and keeping me mentally strong.
