      Nice class. I find a difficult to relax my neck most of the time. For example in child pose, when 3th eye is on the mat, how do you find a comfortable position for the neck? 🙏🏻

    This session brought such a huge emotional release for me, I was crying and healing emotional wounds all the way through the video. Thyroid issues often come from a fear of speaking up, a fear of being in your own power, and it my belief that it can be improved just by learning to love ourselves and forgiving those who made us feel like our voice didnt matter.. It was like I was healing that part of myself while doing this yoga session, absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much Kassandra, you are a light in this world 💕

    Absolutely amazing. It feels so often that mainstream yoga of only hard poses and fast paces has taken over (not that I don't love Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow) and I love that in your yin classes I can take a moment to enjoy the pose, feel the pose, reconnect with myself and breathe into the pose instead of running to the next. Thank you for amazing free yoga, love you and your classes

    I did this yoga this morning! And I just came back to this video to comment that this really works! I was not having my periods and the acne was getting so bad because of it but after I did it, I got my periods at night and now I feel much better! Thanks! I’m gonna continue doing this 💜

    Kassandra has taken yoga to a whole new level, teaching yin for different issues, body parts. I really appreciate this, as I feel I need to restore my body first; then, I can strengthen muscles, etc. Yin yoga is wonderful after one has experienced trauma. Even without much energy, I can still do an hour or more of yin yoga.

    This was the third time I've done yoga. I am recovering from adrenal cushings. I really felt relaxed after this 30 mins. I have added this to my new nightly regime. Thank you for making this accessible. I did have to look up "fat girl yoga" to see how my body should look. Not as flexible as thinner people, but happy to feel included. Thank you!

    I did this once as my first foray into yoga (trying to heal adrenal/HPA axis issues). I didn’t know what to expect but I certainly didn’t expect to feel as much of a difference after. I was astonished at how calm and at peace I felt. I am now addicted and do it every single day at my lunch break. It has improved my HRV in just a week and I know it is going to be the key to my healing. Thank you so so much🙏🏽

    Loved it. This was a really restorative, quiet, grounding and thorough practice. Considering I'm starting to go through perimenopause, I appreciated the balancing effect. I do yin, hatha and restorative yoga regularly and this was very much up my alley. Thank you!! I so appreciate you sharing

    I have inserted implanon in my arm for contraception. After having that I’m always feeling fatigue, lazy, headache & stress. Only after 1st time doing this I’m already feeling energised, positive & headache is gone. This is my 3rd time doing this i did it 3 days straight before going to work. Feels like want to do this every day & don’t want to start a day without it. Thank you Kassandra, u help me a lot with this. ❤️

    I am so happy that I found your channel Kassandra! I have been a runner for over 45 years and have very little flexibiity so I have found Yin Yoga to be very restorative. I have to modify most of the poses because I can't move my body that agiley but I still find a lot of value in stretching even if in a modified way!

    Admittedly, I am not a fan of yin yoga. Being stuck in one pose is stressful to me as I'm claustrophobic. However, after having a really bad bout of flu last week and still feeling fatigued and weak, I decided to give this a try. Wow! I actually got up from the mat energised and feeling better than I had in 2 weeks. Thank you for sharing this practice. I'll definitely do this at least twice a week from now on.

    Tried this because I'm having stress related to hormones. I have my fitbit on and my heart rate went down from 79 to 63. That's evidence that this is working. I will add this to my wellness plan. Thank you for creating this yoga practice!

    I've had a twitching eye for some days now and while doing the forward fold I suddenly started crying and the twitching went away for the rest of the practise. Crying felt good and I feel more at ease now. I'm so happy that I found your channel!

    I really enjoyed this practice. I've been doing yin yoga consistently for about a month now. I've been doing a lot of shadow work and inner child healing and unfortunately been dealing with a lot of insomnia. I've really enjoyed all of your yin classes and they have not only helped me release physical tension, but also helped me release a lot of emotional stress as well.

    Im struggling with perimenopause and did this practice at the start of menses. Very restorative and lots of release. I repeated at end "I am open to wellness and vitality. My healing is already in progress." Thank you, I'll be back for this one again.

    Kassandra your yoga is the BEST I have found on the internet. I have been practicing your different classes and it has significant bettered my problems with arthritis pain and not been able to sleep at night due to this and hormonal unbalances.     I was having a really stressful day at work and couldn't do work out to unwind as this was my designated recovery day.
    So I decided to do this. By the second pose, I could already feel my facial muscles relax - it was an amazing feeling, like that feeling of getting the nasal passages unclogged. I also almost fell asleep doing the laying spinal twists 😂

    Thank you for this beautiful yoga practice, it is exactly what I need right now to support my hormone balance as I go through breast cancer treatments and still have 4 more chemotherapy to go and 20 radiation after that, and then my hormone treatment will commence for the next 5 years as my cancer was hormone sensitive. This yoga practice helps me even to sleep better as unfortunately I have some sleeping issues due to heat flashes, but your yoga practice helps me a lot. I am obsessed with yoga anyway. Thank you again for doing this! God Bless You

    Thank you so much as a Mother of 2 boys diagnosed with hypothyroidism at 33, this is the best video I've seen on endocrine system and hormonal balance. Can feel so fatigued and muscles are sore this is so helpful ty so much for that deep needed stretch, and pose to really get the thyroid going. Thank you. Namaste`

    Been threw a of stress and PTSD coming back into my body again so this really helped me release some tension and actual relax the body and feel my muscles almost - exhale .

    Wow this was amazing! I have severe endocrine issues after grief with PTSD, it manifests as tingling all over my body. I'm sitting here after this session and the tingling is all but gone! Amazing work Kassandra 💗

    Really enjoy your classes. I especially love that you use props (bolsters and knee cushions, etc). I have a lot of issues with my knees and I always thought that the fact that I needed to use props meant that I wasn’t as flexible or as good as others when doing yoga. I know this sounds silly, and that you should never really compare yourself to anyone else, but I always felt self-conscious because I had to use them. Seeing such an accomplished, strong and flexible person such as yourself, use them, gives me confidence and makes me feel better! Thank you 💜🙏✨
