    THANK YOU SO MUCH.
    I have been facing hormonal imbalance issue for quite some time now. My cycle length increased to 37 days but this month even after 40 days I wasn't getting my periods. Then, luckily, I came across your channel and 3 days and 3 yoga routines later, I GOT MY P! Also, I usually get bad cramps but this time they were much better, much more bearable.
    Seriously, your yoga routines work magic. I hit the gym, did cardio, did some stretches, ate dates, nothing worked until your yoga routines ( I did part 1, 2 and 3 only for 3 days and baam!) I'll be doing yoga during periods routines as well for the next few days♡
    I am determined to make my body healthy by religiously following your routines. You're changing lives, girl ❤

      I have a question for you after that month when your periods are end 💓 another month they regulates you cycle ????? Because I tired not on this channel on other channel they telling for irregular periods , I tired after 3 days periods were come but not regulates the cycle 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

      @@SunitaVerma-u7r Hey, so this was 1 year ago I posted this...unfortunately I couldn't follow her routines in a disciplined way 'cause of which I didn't see the results I otherwise would have am sure had I practiced yoga regularly...but I can vouch for the fact that her pcos series is fab, it really helped with the cramps and I don't miss my periods whenever I follow her routine religiously...I also started going to the gym....am sure with the right amount of physical workout (i suggest both strength and flexibility training is important) and a balanced diet, you can manage your symptoms!

    Even though the sound cuts off, I still watch, concentrate and continue doing this and part 1 of your pcos and hormonal imbalance videos every day (part 1 on one day and part 2 the next day) i started my period in January then I got my second one in February and it’s now august and it’s been 6 months since I’ve had a period, I know it’s normal in the first year or two, especially because I moved house in April and I used to over exercise and not eat a lot, now everything has changed, I’m in a new house, making my lifestyle right! And I hope this helps me to get regular periods!❤

    I got diagnosed with PCOS the previous year . I did Part 1 , Part 2 and Part 3 consistently so and after 3 months of having no period I got it after a week of doing your yoga. Thank you so much Akshaya 🥺❤

    Hi, I would like to thank you for this amazing yoga practice! I use your class for PCOS 1 and 2 and I had my period back ,it's a miracle! I also am keeping low carb diet trying to eat lots of veggies and menage stress but the yoga it's helping a lot in the hole healing process. Thank you ❤️!

    This is a must follow channel and must follow yoga facilitator. I was suffering for 2 months no periods, did these asanas foe regularly and got my periods in the very well....thank you Agnes....love the beep sounds even if u r not watching I could regulate my time.     This needs more recognition, and YOU need more recognition. I’ve struggled with imbalanced hormones for years now and it’s lead to PCOS even though I eat so healthy, workout regularly and look after myself. I recently got into yoga and there wasn’t a single yoga practice I found on RUclips that fulfilled me until I cam across your channel. So thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart.     I have been doing Akshaya's part 1 yoga since 2 weeks. In first week itself i got my periods 4 days before the due date which is the most positive sign. At this point in my life I have realized that it is so much important to work on internal health. There was a time I used to torture my body with hard core workouts in gym. Now I feel much better with good diet, yoga and walk. We need to embrace our body and not torture it. Thank you Akshaya for these hormonal yoga poses. I feel positive after practicing it.

    This is really helpful, tried a lot of yoga videos but this is best one among all of them. Makes me sweat, makes me actually look forward to the next session cause it feels good for my body. My body aches while sleeping but it's the good kind of ache. Thank you. Been struggling with Hormonal imbalance and irregular periods, this will help me a lot to trying to get my body back in shape. I'll do these workouts everyday to make it a habit, then add cardio after a month and will do these for cooldown.

    I was so so worried, my period cycle was 40-45 days long and painful, i did this yoga for a month and now i got my periods one day before my actual date!!! 😍 with in 29 days!!! Omg thankyou so much @akshaya Agnes.

      Is this your first time that periods went so long? Because i am suffering the same problem after every 3-4 months and i have to take hormonal medicine for 3 months to regulate the cycle on time.

    Hey Akshaya! You're angel💗💗 Because of your healing yoga, my periods became regular and I cured PCOS completely, and my period started to come on the exact date. But this month, my periods got delayed after 2 years for 7 days. I was really worried because I have a trip planned on 26th, so I was regularly doing your Yoga routine since 3 days. And today I have done this session, and I got my period. I am so relieved that I can enjoy my trip now without any tension.     I haven't had my periods since 3 months. So many people suggested different remedies. But then I saw this video.Tried alternative days and trust me it really works. I got my periods.     Just want to go back here and say to every women who has PCOS to keep strong and believe in yourself that your period will come back. I've been there, and with proper rest, proper fuel (in my case, not afraid to eat more/gaining weight), proper exercise like using this video, your period will return!

      I done this yoga flow the whole month and I got my period back

    this is helping, I m eating home cooked meals including chaye and doing this getting enough sleep, in only 3 days my jawline acne got shrink and i don't have pcod but i deal with jawline acne because of hormonal imbalance, genetic factors and stress ! I have tried weightlifting, cardio everything but i didn't get effective results ,yoga is healing I decided to do this every day :)

    I had pcos and I cured pcos within two months through this yoga and eat healthy diet and cut-off all kind of sweets I was a sweet lover but I cut-off all kind of sweetners.
    And in second month of this yoga journey I conceived but unfortunately in 9th week I got missed abortion and I've done my DnC ..... now I'm starting my yoga class again with new spirit .... 😍😇

    Hey Agnes, I suffer from a strong case of PCOS and have just started following your Part 1 and 2 (day 3 today). I can feel the difference in that my body is feeling stretched & more relaxed. I can also feel that my energy levels are better. One thing I would really appreciate your help with is yoga poses for reducing belly fat. I do boxing but because of PCOS I find it very hard to get rid of fat from this region. Thanks for these awesome videos :)

    M not continuing after mute....so stop at 24 min but m doing ur all other yoga series....it is helping though it hasnt improve my harmonal imbalance...but will continue to do who knows one day it will cure ....❤

    Hiii thank you mam😍😘..... I am suffering PCOD problem in 5 years..... so many hospitals in visit medicines and injections take a more trucks but not regular period.....one morning go for yoga

    Back pain decreased from rating of 10 to 3 , after practising 3 days in a row 💪💪 and bowel movement improved. Used to have constipation. Appreciate the video much ❤❤

    Hi Akshaya....your yoga routine is very helpful....i started doing it 3 weeks ago....2 days each part and sunday rest....in the third week i got my period after two months and they ended in 5days...i was tensed all the time with the irregularity....this routine also help me with backache....thank you so much for bringing it up and helping us with your calm demeanour....
